An electric rivet nut machine comprises a motor having a first output shaft and a second output shaft; the first output shaft is connected with a first gear set, and the second output shaft is connected with a second gear set; and a rivet nut drive unit having a rivet nut shaft, a coupling gear and a moving gear; the coupling gear is engaged with the second gear set; the moving gear is engaged with the first gear set; through the first gear set and the second gear set of the motor respectively engaging with the rivet nut drive unit, and through the first output shaft and the second output shaft at two ends of the motor respectively engaging with the first gear set and the second gear set, different gear ratios can be formed, and better gear drive ratio can be produced for the rivet nut drive unit.

Electric rivet nut machine

A power operated dispensing tool includes a housing having a material packing receiving space, and a rod disposed within and movable relative to the housing and having a plunger head that is disposed in the material packing receiving space. The rod is operably coupled to a power transmitting mechanism so as to make a forward movement driven by a power of a motor through the power transmitting mechanism to discharge a dispensing material in the material packing receiving space. The rod has an initiating portion disposed to actuate a sensing member in the housing to deactivate the motor when the rod is moved forwardly to a first stop position. The rod can be moved manually to a second stop position to project the plunger head outwardly so as to permit a plunger kit to be attached thereto.

Power operated dispensing tool

An electric caulking gun has a body and an actuating assembly. The body has a pushing shaft, a motor, a gearbox, a transmission device, a circuit board and a switch. The gearbox has a sun gear with multiple mounting slots. The actuating assembly is mounted in the body, is connected to the switch and engages the sun gear and has a connecting arm, a linking arm, an actuating element, an oscillating arm and a pressing button. The connecting arm is pivotally connected to the switch. The linking arm is connected to the connecting arm. The actuating element is mounted in the body, selectively engages one of the mounting slots and has a wedge mount and an engaging block. The oscillating arm is connected to the body and is connected to the connecting arm. The pressing button is movably mounted in the body and is connected to the oscillating arm.

Electric caulking gun

An electrical caulking gun has a gun body and a clutching device. The clutching device has a clutching switch, a linking lever, a clutching block and a block spring. The clutching switch is mounted on the gun body and has a pressed segment and a pushing segment having an inclined pushing surface. The linking lever is pivotally mounted in the gun body and has an abutting end and a pushing end. The abutting end abuts with the pushing surface of the clutching switch. The clutching block has an inclined pushed surface and an engaging rod. The engaging rod detachably engages a transmission device of the caulking gun. The block spring provides a force to push the engaging rod on the clutching block to engage the transmission device.

Electrical caulking gun

An electric caulking gun has a body, a gearbox, a caulking barrel, a pushing device, a driving assembly, an actuating assembly, a motor and a power source. The body has a mounting section and a handle section. The gearbox is mounted in the body and has a seat and a mounting sheath. The caulking barrel is connected to the gearbox. The pushing device is connected movably to the gearbox and has a rack, a linking sheet, two pushing shafts and a pushing disc. The driving assembly is mounted in the gearbox. The actuating assembly is mounted between the gearbox and the body. The motor is mounted in the body between the mounting section and the mounting sheath of the gearbox. The power source is connected detachable to the handle section of the body.
