An assistant device for percutaneous puncture is disclosed. The assistance device includes a fixing element, a first rotatable element, a supporting element and a second rotatable element. The fixing element has a first rail, and the first rotatable element is slidably disposed on the first rail. The supporting element is connected to the first rotatable element. The second rotatable element is slidably disposed on the supporting element and has a puncture restraint pore.

An adjustable rod bending device includes a support table, a pivot base mounted on the support table, a pivot bracket pivotally mounted on the pivot base, and multiple juxtaposed rollers mounted in the pivot bracket to pivot therewith and each having an upper end adjustably mounted in the pivot bracket and a lower end formed with an arcuate pressing surface. A process is provided for producing a bioceramic composite in which an alumina based ceramic substrate is coated with an intermediate calcium pyrophosphate layer to cement a porous calcium phosphate material to the alumina based ceramic substrate. In one aspect of the invention, the porous calcium phosphate material is a porous lattice made from natural bone. A bioceramic composite which includes an alumina-based ceramic substrate, an intermediate calcium pyrophosphate layer and a porous natural bone material bonded to the intermediate calcium pyrophosphate layer is also disclosed.
