The distillation assembly includes a distiller and a conduit that includes a condenser and a sight glass. The air handler assembly includes a duct having an intake port, an exhaust port and a source of air flow. The condenser is disposed within the duct and the sight glass is disposed external to the duct.

A method of operating an assembly for recycling a solvent from a contaminated solvent solution including a source for the contaminated solvent solution at a level and a recycling assembly including a reservoir module and a recycler module. The reservoir module includes a reservoir and the recycler module includes a controller and a distillation assembly including a distiller having a conduit and a pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve includes a tube. The method includes connecting the conduit to the source below the level; connecting the pressure relief valve tube to the source; pumping solvent into the reservoir, distiller and conduit to an operational level; and selecting a duty cycle of the controller to regulate a rest period after the controller operation of a distillation cycle.

Method of operation for a recycler assembly

An assembly for recycling a solvent from a contaminated solvent solution includes a reservoir module including a mounted reservoir including an interior volume and a removable lid. The lid including a portion that extends into the interior volume and an access port disposed in the portion. A back edge of a bottom wall of the reservoir is disposed above a front edge of the bottom wall of the reservoir and a front portion of a side wall of the reservoir is disposed non-vertical and substantially normal to the bottom wall of the reservoir adjacent the front edge of the bottom wall.

Reservoir module for a recycler assembly

A multipurpose parts washer may include an automatic cleaning portion, having a first cleaning chamber for spraying parts and a second cleaning chamber for soaking and agitating parts, and a manual cleaning portion. The first cleaning chamber may include spray bars that are selectively rotatably adjustable and each bar may have an orifice to discharge cleaning solution that is stationary during operation. Cleaning solution may be disposed in a reservoir of the first cleaning chamber at a reservoir level and in the second cleaning chamber at an agitation level that is above the reservoir level. The manual cleaning portion may be configured as a sink that is movably connected to the automatic cleaning portion to provide selective access thereto.

Multipurpose aqueous parts washer

A multipurpose parts washer may include an automatic cleaning portion, with a first cleaning chamber for spraying parts, a second cleaning chamber for soaking parts, and a manual cleaning portion. Cleaning solution may be disposed in a reservoir of the first cleaning chamber at a reservoir level and in the second cleaning chamber at an agitation level that is above the reservoir level. The manual cleaning portion may be configured as a sink that is movably connected to the automatic cleaning portion to provide selective access thereto. A first thermal energy source may be used to heat the cleaning solution to a first temperature for the second cleaning chamber and the manual cleaning portion and a second thermal energy source may be used to heat the cleaning solution to a spray temperature greater than the first temperature for the first cleaning chamber. The multipurpose parts washer includes three cleaning portions. All portions use cleaning solution from a single pump, a reservoir portion to collect and store the important volume of cleaning solution and debris from the washing process, a single controller interface operated from a display, and a thermal energy source for heating the cleaning solution.

What is contemplated is a printing cylinder washer having a removable or portable drive assembly, or a series of portable drive assemblies of different lengths to accommodate different sizes of print rollers. The drive assemblies have a drive mechanism enabled by a dynamic flow of cleaning solution within the washer reservoir. What is also contemplated is the use of an elevation system, an agitation platform, under-immersion spray bars, an ultrasonic wave cleaning system, and a hatch or door equipped with a thermal breaker in conjunction with the hydro-driven portable drive assembly. What is also contemplated is a method of washing printing rollers within the above-described printing cylinder washer by aligning a nozzle with the drive assembly.

Aqueous parts cleaner

An apparatus for washing parts includes a cleaning chamber including a spray portion and a reservoir portion. The spray portion includes a support for the parts and a spray bar having at least one orifice for distributing a cleaning solution. The reservoir portion stores and collects the cleaning fluid. A thermal energy source adjusts and maintains the operating temperature of the cleaning solution in the reservoir portion. The thermal energy source retains a transfer fluid and includes a heater for adjusting a temperature of the transfer fluid. A conduit extends through the thermal energy source and defines a passageway for the cleaning fluid. A pump draws the cleaning fluid through the passageway and discharges the cleaning solution through the spray bar, such that the operating temperature of the cleaning solution is increased.

Parts washing apparatus

A parts washer including a receptacle positioned on a reservoir for cleaning liquid having a drain opening and a module which engages a portion of the reservoir in the cleaning liquid for adjusting the temperature of the cleaning liquid and circulating the cleaning liquid into the receptacle. The module includes a heating element, a sensor and pump. An enclosure houses a temperature controller which displays the temperature of the cleaning liquid and a low liquid level condition. A bridge thermally links the heating element to the sensor so that the sensor normally generates a signal representative of the temperature of the cleaning fluid unless the level of the cleaning fluid is disposed below the sensor.
