The present disclosure relates to antenna assemblies and systems and methods for steering an antenna to one or more satellites. An embodiment herein provides for an assembly comprising a rotatable plate rotatable about a first axis to steer the antenna in azimuth; a first panel affixed to the rotatable plate and comprising a first plurality of phased array antenna elements to steer a first beam of radio waves in elevation; and a second panel comprising a second plurality of phased array antenna elements configured to steer a second beam of radio waves in azimuth, wherein rotation of the distal end about the second axis steers the second beam of radio waves in elevation.

Antenna assembly

A quick-release mounting apparatus for mounting a panel instrument to a mounting surface or support. The mounting apparatus comprises a frame to be mounted to the mounting support. A slide bar is slidably mounted to the frame and is slidable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The slide bar has a mounting hole configured to receive a mounting pin projecting from the back surface of the panel instrument. The mounting hole locks the mounting pin within the mounting hole in the locked position and allows the mounting pin to be removed from the mounting hole in the unlocked position. A cam is rotatably mounted to the frame and couples the slide bar to an actuator configured to rotate the cam between a locking position and an unlocking position. The actuator has a biasing device which biases the cam toward the locking position.

Quick-release mounting system for removably attaching a panel instrument to a structure

In one embodiment, a hammer bank for a line printer includes a back plate having a front surface, a back surface and a uniform thickness between the front and back surfaces. At least one hammer is disposed in front of the back plate. The at least one hammer is spring-biased for forward movement and away from the back plate and is releasably retained against such forward movement by a magnetic force acting rearwardly thereon. An elongated pole piece that is associated with the at least one hammer extends forwardly from the front surface of the back plate and is selectively operable to interrupt the magnetic force acting thereon.

Line printer hammer banks

In one embodiment, a hammer bank for a line printer includes a back plate and a plurality of elongated pole pieces extending forwardly from a front surface thereof. Each of the pole pieces has an electrical coil disposed about a circumfery thereof. A permanent magnet has a back surface coupled to the front surface of the back plate, and a shunt fret defining a plurality of elongated, downwardly extending shunts has a back surface coupled to a font surface of the permanent magnet. A hammer fret defining a plurality of elongated, upwardly extending hammers has a back surface coupled to the front surface of the back plate. Each of the hammers is interdigitated between a pair of adjacent shunts. Each hammer includes an elongated spring portion having a hammer head disposed at an upper end thereof, and each hammer head has a forwardly projecting printing tip thereon.

An RFID label with embedded tag is passed through an RFID antenna in a printer system, where the RFID antenna allows a roll of such labels to pass in close proximity to the antenna and still allow each individual RFID tag to be read and/or programmed. The RFID antenna module is formed with a transmission line coupled to an RF phase splitter, where in one embodiment, the transmission line is formed from two parallel conductive strips.
