A button includes a housing, an operating portion, a mount, a first pushing rod, a bridge, an elastic member, and a second pushing rod. The mount is mounted in the housing. The first pushing rod is movably disposed in the mount. A bump is formed on the first pushing rod. The bridge and the operating portion are disposed on ends of the first pushing rod. The second pushing rod is movably disposed on the bridge and is effected by the elastic member. A step is formed in the housing and is located between the mount and the bridge. The elastic member is disposed on the first pushing rod and is located between the bump and the step. The first pushing rod is slidable relative to the mount under the effect of the operating portion or the elastic member, and drives the bridge and/or the second pushing rod to move.

A power sensor is disclosed for a current carrying conductor. In at least one embodiment, the sensor includes at least one ferromagnetic core, a secondary winding, and at least one of connecting elements for a load or a load. The secondary winding is designed as an injection molded part on an insulating layer that is injection molded onto the ferromagnetic core.

At least one embodiment of the invention relates to an actuator including a mechanical display, wherein the actuator is provided for switching a switch unit, and the mechanical display includes a window and a display surface visible through the window. At least one embodiment of the invention is based on the insight that prior mechanical displays require a great deal of space within the command device, and are also prone to failure. The problem of space-saving integration is solved by a display surface formed on the spring bar mounted on the actuation part, and the display surface, together with at least a part of the spring bar, is intended to make a partial rotary motion about a rotary axis during the actuation motion. In addition to the space-saving integration, a greater displacement of the display surface is also thus achieved. At least one embodiment of the invention further relates to an electromechanical operating device having a switch unit that can be switched by such an actuator.

Actuator

A method for providing electrical energy to an actuator is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the method includes having a first voltage (UBUS) from a data bus; ii) converting the electric current to a current having a second voltage that is higher than the first voltage; iii) storing electrical energy of the second electric current; and discharging the stored electrical energy to an actuator. A device is also disclosed for providing electrical energy to an actuator.

A control unit including a monitoring apparatus is disclosed, with the monitoring apparatus having an operating element and an attachment element. In at least one embodiment, the control unit is in two parts and includes an operating unit and switching elements. The required spatial association between the operating unit and the switching element is intended to be monitored in a cost-effective and reliable manner. For this purpose, when the monitoring apparatus is installed correctly, at least one second switching element can be operated by way of an operating member, and a first switching element is operated at the same time by way of the operating element of the monitoring apparatus.

A position switch is disclosed, with a plunger. In at least one embodiment, the plunger can be moved, via an actuator, from a rest position to an operating position by way of a first rotatable locking element. A second rotatable locking element is usable to block the first rotatable locking element by way of the plunger. A position switch is specified, which separates the actuating mechanism for a switch unit from the holding-shut mechanism and, in doing so, guarantees reliable holding-shut, which manages with a low number of components. Here, the plunger is designed to contact an active surface of the first locking element in the operating position and to contact an active surface of the second locking element in the rest position. The first locking element is able to block the second locking element by way of the plunger and vice versa.

Position switch

A system includes a control device including an actuator, a movement of which is adapted to cause a movement of an actuator plunger; and a switching element. The switching element includes a switch slide adapted to follow a movement of the actuator plunger; a first terminal and a second terminal; contacting members adapted to connect the first terminal to the second terminal; and contact breaking member adapted to disconnect the first terminal from the second terminal in response to an inward displacement of the switch slide exceeding a first distance. The switching element further includes a jump system, responsive to displacement of the switch slide, adapted to bring the contacting members together to connect the first terminal to the second terminal if the inward displacement of the switch slide exceeds a second distance that is less than the first distance.

A key switch is disclosed, including a key channel for receiving a key and including a key-insertion-dependent switching mechanism. The switching mechanism exhibits a device for key monitoring. A key switch is specified which can be inexpensively manufactured and exhibits additional security-related options. For this purpose, the key switch exhibits a device for key monitoring which exhibits a quasi-rigid system arranged axially in the key channel, which are provided for key ejection and for operating a switching element.

A push-pull switch includes an actuating mechanism whose actuating tappet is engaged in a thread in the handle. By this arrangement, a pulling movement on the handle is converted into a rotational movement of the actuating tappet. As such, balls mounted as latching elements in the actuating tappet can be released gently from a secure latching position in the ON state.

A motor vehicle backup monitor introduces a reflector into the detection range of a sensor in predetermined manner during a test phase. The reflector can comprise, for example, the flap of the housing which encloses the sensor. The reflector is removed from the detection range of the sensor during its operational phase. The monitor unit is particularly applicable to ultrasonic sensors used to monitor a motor vehicle when it is backing up.
