A single-bearing structure, in particular for use in a wind power plant, which has a low friction operating characteristic. The single-bearing structure for mounting a rotor in the wind power plant has two first rows of rolling bodies, which are arranged in the single-bearing structure such that their pressure lines intersect with one another and with a radial plane of a rotation axis of the single-bearing structure. The rolling bodies of the two first rows of rolling bodies are designed as cylindrical rollers.

A bearing arrangement of a rotor for a wind power plant. The bearing arrangement includes a rotor hub with at least one rotor blade, and a rolling bearing, by which the rotor hub is mounted in a gondola of the wind power plant so as to be rotatable relative to a machine support. The rolling bearing has an external ring and an internal ring, between which rolling elements are arranged. In order to make it easier to mount and dismount the bearing arrangement, the rolling bearing is coaxially disposed in a cylindrical opening of the rotor hub, which is externally open in an axial direction, and the external ring of the rolling bearing is connected to the rotor hub in a rotationally fixed and releasable manner.

Bearing arrangement of a rotor hub for a wind power plant, and method for mounting the same

An axial radial bearing for a rotor shaft of a wind power installation, which has a vertical circular outer disk, inner ring arranged coaxially to the outer disk, and two circular shaft washers axially arranged on both sides of the outer disk. At least one row of rolling bodies, held at equal distances by a bearing cage, extends between the shaft washers and outer disk, forming the rolling bearings for receiving axial forces, while at least one other row of rolling bodies, optionally held at equal distances by another bearing cage, is arranged between the outer disk and inner ring, forming a third rolling bearing for receiving radial forces. The two rolling bearings for receiving radial forces are formed by two tapered roller bearings oriented towards the longitudinal axis of the bearing by the small front sides, or by a double-row angular ball bearing or by two axial ball bearings.

A roller bearing cage for guiding rolling bodies in a rolling body bearing, which has multiple rolling bodies, two cage side elements, between which the rolling bodies are arranged, and which have multiple web appendages to guide the rolling bodies, and multiple connection elements that connect the two cage side elements. The azimuthal position of the connection elements defines a connection area. Exactly one connection element and at least one web appendage are arranged in a connection. The connection element and web appendage are arranged in sections inside a radial interior of the respective cage side elements, the border of which is defined by the positions of the rotation axes of the rolling bodies.

A rotor bearing for a wind turbine with a machine housing rotatably received on a tower. The housing has a generator, a wind-driven rotor with a rotor hub carrying rotor blades and a large rolling bearing carrying the rotor. The large rolling bearing has a first bearing ring, which is non-rotatably fastened on the housing and arranged coaxially to the rotor hub, and a second hearing ring, which is rotatably held on the first bearing ring and fastened to the rotor hub, and rolling elements rolling between the bearing rings. The large rolling bearing is connected to a planetary gear which is connected to the generator and has a ring gear with a peripheral internal gear, planet gears received on planet carriers and a central sun gear. The radially inner bearing ring is also the ring gear connected to the generator, its interior being configured with the peripheral internal gear.

Rotor bearing for a wind turbine

The invention relates to a double-row angular contact anti-friction bearing having a split outer bearing ring, a one-piece inner bearing ring, and anti-friction bodies located in two rows between the two rings. The outer bearing ring is split axially into two individual rings. To permit simple, reliable and secure transport of the bearing, the individual outer bearing rings are interconnected by a connecting element in a positive fit that allows play and the outer surfaces of the individual rings have at least one recess, which is spanned by the connecting element. At least the recess of an individual ring has a groove, in which a hook element on the connecting element engages in a positive fit and the individual rings can be twisted in relation to one another.
