A housing for a refrigeration device is composed of an outer housing box that encloses an interior space, and at least one intermediate mounted shelf disposed in the interior space. The intermediate mounted shelf contains a pre-shaped core made of solid foam material, which is directly fastened on the inner wall of the housing box.

Device for weight compensation of a front end door of a household

A height-adjusting foot for a household appliance includes an adjuster housing solidly connected to an appliance housing. A vertical threaded shaft is form-lockingly guided in the adjuster housing. A foot plate is connected to the threaded shaft. A nut which is rotatably supported in the adjuster housing and is screwed on the threaded shaft, has an outer periphery with a worm wheel. A worm is rotatably supported in the adjuster housing for driving the worm wheel. An adjusting rod is connected to the worm. Due to reduced expenditures, the costs of the adjusting device are lowered. It can be operated from one side wall of the housing, preferably from the front panel of the household appliance. The adjusting foot does not co-rotate in the adjusting operation.

A household appliance has a panel that is disposed on the front of the appliance and optionally has control and display elements. The panel has a panel body that receives the control and display elements and striplike laminations mounted along a lower peripheral zone of the panel body. In order to ensure that the panel is simple in construction and the laminations can be combined simply and reliably with one another and with the panel body, the laminations are joined to one another and to the panel body solely by a detent device.

A liquid-carrying container of machine, such as a dishwasher, has a detergent metering device disposed in a boundary wall thereof. The device has a housing with at least one container in which the detergent may be placed and which may be closed with a cover. The cover may be opened and closed with a control unit. The cover moves linearly, quietly, and with a minimal space requirement in a plane which extends parallel to the boundary wall of the machine.

In order to equip a dishwasher (1) with a machine base (10), on which a washing container (20) is arranged so as to be capable of being put down in position, in a simple way with a fastening for the washing container (20), said fastening being less complicated and therefore more cost-effective and having better stability, according to the invention the washing container (20) rests, on the rear side, on the upper edge (11) of the machine base (10).

Dishwasher

A dishwasher includes at least one adjustable-height basket to which an associated spray arm and its inlet tube are secured. The inlet tube is disposed horizontally and is connected by a coupling to a supply line secured to a side wall of a tub. An open connection fitting and two closed blind fittings protrude toward the inlet tube. The coupling has two openings into which the connecting fitting and one of the blind fittings respectively protrude. In order to provide a simple way of assuring the joining together of the coupling to the fittings, and to assure that pressure losses in the water supply to the spray arm connected to the coupling through the use of the supply and resultant worsening of the cleaning action are effectively avoided, regardless of how the basket is loaded, the coupling has an end oriented toward the supply line with a centering plate and downstream thereof a sealing plate having flexible sealing lips and being freely movable between a housing of the coupling and the centering plate.

In order to provide in a simple way a household appliance, operated with water with a sensor (10) for contaminations of a circulated cleaning fluid, said sensor being composed of an element (11) transmitting optical signals and of an element (12) receiving optical signals, in which appliance erroneous measurements of the sensor (10) for contaminations of a circulated cleaning fluid are avoided, according to the invention the sensor (10) is arranged in a flow heater (1).
