A stacking apparatus and method for product layers, it loads each of the product layers in a box-like and stackable slip-on container, open at the bottom, and stores the product layer with this container in a container stack, and/or removes product layers in slip-on containers from a container stack and unloads the individual product layer from the slip-on container. A handling apparatus having a multi-axially movable handling device for the slip-on containers, wherein the handling device is designed to handle the slip-on containers and wherein the product layers in the container stack are located on a container base of a lower slip-on container and are surrounded laterally and at the top by an upper slip-on container positioned above said lower slip-on container. A row arrangement of a plurality of stacking places, having a movable support which moves the handling device along a first, facing side of the row arrangement.

Stacking apparatus and stacking method

A row-forming device () together with processes form a bottle row () from a bottle layer (). The row-forming device () is configured to pick up and transport away, in rows, the respectively frontmost layer row () of the bottle layer () moved in a conveying direction (), in a transverse transport direction (). One or more layer conveyors () moves the bottle row () in a conveying direction () and adjoins the transport device (), which has a plurality of parallel conveyor belts () that extend in the transport direction () and are driven independently and also exhibit mutually different transport speeds. The transport device () has a guide strip () oriented obliquely to the transport direction (). The guide strip () extends over a part of the conveyor belts () and is arranged downstream of the layer conveyor () in the transport direction ().

Row-forming device, row-forming methods and bottle handling installation

A storage station, a process for storing, and a bottle tray () configured for receiving a bottle layer () are provided. The bottle tray has an upright side wall (), with an upper tray opening () and a tray bottom () connected to the side wall (). The bottle tray () has a movable lifting bottom () that lies in the loaded state () on the tray bottom () and which has a plurality of passage openings () for a lifting device () for a relative lift between the side wall () and the lifting bottom (). The tray bottom () has a perforated plate or a plurality of struts () located spaced apart and enclosing the passage openings (). The struts are fastened to the side wall (). The bottle tray () has a bottom centering () acting between the tray bottom () and the lifting bottom ().

Bottle tray and storage station

A feed device is for use on a baling press () and is for a loose fiber material () to be compressed. The feed device () has a movable and driven and possibly guided feed element (). The feed device () is assigned a protection device (), which protects the drive area and possibly the guiding area of the feed device (), in particular the bearing () thereof, against airborne fibers by using an opposing airstream ().

Feed device, baling press, and protection process

A controllable packaging device () and a method relate to packaging compressed bales () on a baling press () with a bale-fixing element () and a multi-component bale envelope () including an upper part (), a lower part () and optionally a sheath-type side part (). The packaging device includes a fixing device () applying the bale-fixing element (), a supply device () supplying the upper part and the lower part and optionally an envelope device () applying the side part to the compressed bales. The fixing device and optionally the envelope device are arranged on a transport apparatus () that travels along the compressed bale in an advancing direction (). The supply device is arranged on the transport apparatus and supplies the upper part and the lower part with a supply movement oriented transversely to the advancing direction, from the outside into the baling press.

Packaging device and packaging process

A filling device () and a filling method for fibrous material () on a bale press (). The filling device () is arranged between a fiber supply () and a pressing device () of the bale press and comprises a collecting chamber () for the fibrous material () with a supply opening () as well as a discharge opening () with a controllable closure (). A driven slide () of an integrated precompression device () is movable in a reversing manner between the openings (), which precompresses the collected fibrous material in one or more stages in the collection chamber () before collected fibrous material is transferred to the pressing device.

Filling device and filling method

A method and device for stacking layers of goods () is based on a stacking device () that includes a handling mechanism () which handles, laterally moves, and stacks loose slip-on receptacles (). The loose slip-on receptacles () are open on the bottom, accommodate a layer of goods () in the interior () thereof, and carry the layer of goods () along as the receptacles () are slidingly conveyed. An upward-facing bottom () of the slip-on receptacles () forms the supporting surface () for the subsequent layer of goods ().

Stacking device and stacking method

An automatic needle placement machine () and a placement method for needles () on needle boards () of non-woven needle machines has a holding apparatus () for the needle board (), a needle removal apparatus () and a needle placement apparatus () for removing and placing needles () from and in receptacle openings () of the needle board. The holding, needle placement and needle removal apparatuses () can be moved and positioned in a linear manner and relative to each other by means of an automatic positioning apparatus (). The holding apparatus () for the needle board () has a multi-axis positioning apparatus (), wherein the needle placement and needle removal apparatus () are arranged in a relatively stationary manner on a frame () or on a machine frame ().

Automatic needle placement machine and automatic placement method

A cross-lapper () includes an upper carriage (), a laying carriage (), and two endless laying belts, which are each guided on the main carriages () by deflecting rollers (to). The one laying belt () is designed as a feeding belt, which carries a fibrous web () and feeds the fibrous web to the upper carriage (). The other laying belt () is designed as a counter belt. The upper carriage () has a belt deflection device () for both laying belts (). At the belt deflection device (), the laying belt () is deflected by approximately 180 degrees from a feeding direction () thereof to the opposite direction by means of three of more deflection points ().

Cross-lapper

A compensating device () for fluctuating transport speeds of a fiber nonwoven (). The compensating device () has a buffer belt () driven in a loop with three or four or more deflection points () and with a variable sag () of the carrying run supporting the fiber nonwoven (). The compensating device () further has an adjusting element () for adjusting the location of at least one deflecting point ().

Compensating device for fluctuating conveying speeds of a fibrous nonwoven

A laying method and a laying device () are provided for laying a fibrous web () with a prevailing fiber orientation (). The laying device () has a material feed means (), a laying unit () and a discharging device (), the laying unit () laying the supplied fibrous web on the discharging device in material layers () with a consistent alignment and fiber orientation ().
