A drive unit for a motor vehicle with hybrid drive. The drive unit includes an input shaft which may be connected to the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, a gearbox shaft which may be connected via a toothed hub of a clutch plate as an input shaft of the downstream gearbox, and an electric machine, the rotor of which is connected rotationally fixedly to the clutches. The components are accommodated in a housing having a radially extending housing wall as a bearing wall which forms a physical separation of a chamber of the electric machine and a chamber of the clutches.

Drive unit for a hybrid vehicle

A dual mass flywheel for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle includes a primary flywheel mass, a secondary flywheel mass and a coupling device. The coupling device includes at least two pivot levers associated with the secondary flywheel mass that interact with a control profile formed on the primary flywheel mass. The pivot levers are pretensioned against the control profile in a radial direction by an elastic element. A control segment of the elastic element is disposed radially inside the control profile.

Dual mass flywheel

A manual helical planetary transmission comprises a housing, a sun gear, a planet carrier with helical planetary gears and an axially displaceable ring gear which can be coupled to the housing or to the planet carrier. The transmission provides a compact and easy-to-produce solution for locking the gears. For this purpose, first saw-tooth coupling teeth are provided on both sides of the fronts of the ring gear and have a gently sloping first profile. Second saw-tooth coupling teeth provided on the housing and the planet carrier have a gently sloping profile and fit into the first coupling teeth. In the respective gear, the peripheral forces acting upon the ring gear force the gently sloping first profiles of the first coupling teeth against the gently sloping first profiles of the second coupling teeth on the housing or the planet carrier, thereby frictionally keeping the ring gear in the respective engaged position.

Manual helical planetary transmission and power divider for motor vehicles comprising said transmission

A drive axle for a light vehicle having a chain drive and a differential is provided, wherein the axle pinion gears () are connected to their half-axles () in one piece and to the vehicle via fixed bearings ('). One of the half-axles () is made as a tube which receives an inner shaft () in a journaled manner which is fixedly plugged in the other half-axle (). The differential cage (&#x2032;) is partly spherical and surrounds the balance pinion gears () and is fixedly connected to a chain sprocket (). The differential cage comprises two symmetrical shells (&#x2032;) between which the chain sprocket () is directly fastened to the balance pins.

Drive axle for a light vehicle

A dog clutch operative to provide shiftably connection. A first clutch element includes a plurality of dogs selectively engagable with a plurality of counterdogs coupled to the second clutch element for selectively coupling primary and secondary rotatable parts. The second clutch element further includes a bush coupled to the secondary rotatable part and an intermediate part containing the counterdogs. The intermediate part can be selectively coupled to the bush for selectively coupling the second clutch element and the secondary part.

A transfer case for motor vehicles with off-the-road gear comprises a casing, an input shaft, a first output shaft, coaxial with the latter, a second output shaft, offset therefrom, a speed-reduction unit, a coupling unit and an offset drive. The speed-reduction unit comprises a central drive gearwheel, connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the input shaft, a central driven gearwheel and at least two intermediate transmissions, rotatable about spindles fixed to the casing, each with two intermediate gearwheels, one of which meshes with the central drive gearwheel and the other meshes with the central driven gearwheel, a first driven shaft, connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the central drive gearwheel, and a hollow second driven shaft, connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the central driven gearwheel, which driven shafts lead to a coupling unit.

Power divider for motor vehicles comprising an off-road speed gear

A power-split transmission for motor vehicles with off-road travel consists of a case (), of an input shaft (), of a first output shaft () coaxial with the latter, of a second output shaft (), of a reduction unit (), of a clutch unit () and of an offset drive (). In order to make the power-split transmission compact, with low loss and low noise and synchronizable, the reduction unit () consist of: a central driving gearwheel () on a first hollow shaft (), a central ring gear () with a second hollow shaft (), first and second intermediate gearwheels () with axle fixed to the case, in each case the first intermediate gearwheel () meshing with the central driving gearwheel (), the second intermediate gearwheel () with central ring gear () and the first and second intermediate gearwheels () with one another, and a power take-off shaft (), and the clutch unit () consists of: primary parts () on the input shaft () and on the second hollow shaft (), secondary parts () on the power take-off shaft () and on the first hollow shaft (), a first shift sleeve () and a second shift sleeve () for changing over between road travel and off road travel.
