The invention relates to a plastic packaging () made from a packaging dish () and a cover lid (). The cover lid () is at least partially sealed to the packaging dish () in a peelable manner and the cover lid (), or the packaging dish (), comprises at least one knob () and complementary to the above the packaging dish () or the cover lid () comprises a recess (), through which the knob(s) is/are pressed on sealing the plastic packaging (). At least a partial region of at least one knob is provided with a sealing material (5) or preferably at least one partial region of at least one knob () and the boundary region of the complementary recess () is connected to a sealing material (), which on first opening of the packaging () is damaged. The invention further relates to methods for the production of said packages.

Plastic packaging with at least one welded knob

The invention concerns a packaging tray ( ) suitable for permanently holding liquid ( ) escaping from a packaged article ( ). At least on and/or in its base wall ( ) the packaging tray ( ) has at least one cylindrical bulge ( ) which is open towards the interior of the packaging tray ( ) and whose diameter, which remains constant over the entire depth of the bulge ( ), is between 2 and 6 mm, its depth being 1.5-times the diameter. The invention also concerns a corresponding packaging device.

Packaging tray

It is often desired to again seal packages, consisting initially of foils hot-sealed with one another, after opening and partial removal of the content in the package in order to at least partially separate the remaining content in the package from the environment. A resealing area is provided for this purpose besides the hot-sealing area, with which the top and the bottom foil are connected to one another, which resealing area consists of individual closing elements which, fitting into each other, are provided in the two foils. The foils are not threadlike connected with one another in the resealing area. Rather dotlike closing elements exist, which also permit a small undercut. They are formed in matrixes without a top die, which matrixes are thereby subjected to an underpressure, whereas the other side of the foil is under an excess pressure. The deformation is thus brought about purely pneumatically. The shape of the closing elements can in this manner be designed in many ways and can be easily adapted to the requirements of each individual package.
