A two-layer or multilayer printed circuit board (1) comprises a support plate (2) carrying a first conductor pattern (3) and a second conductor pattern (21) which is connected to the support plate (2) via an adhesive layer (13) consisting of adhesive material, a solder-stop layer (30) being applied to the second conductor pattern. A hole (14, 15) is formed in the adhesive layer (13), via which hole a solder section (4, 5) of the first conductor pattern (3) can be electrically connected to a solder section (22, 23) of the second conductor pattern (21) via a soldered joint (37, 38), a further hole (31, 32) being formed in the solder-stop layer (30), which hole communicates with the hole (14, 15) in the adhesive layer (13), the cross-sectional area of the further hole being divisible in two areas of equal shape and equal surface content, one of the areas being coincident with the cross-sectional area of the hole (14, 15) in the adhesive layer (13) and the other area being situated completely inside a closed area of the solder section (22, 23) of the second conductor pattern (21).

Two-layer or multilayer printed circuit board

A television player adds an identification signal to the recorded video signal so that a receiver with a recognition circuit can distinguish between the played back signal and a broadcast one. The identification signal is compatible so that a receiver without the recognition circuit can receive the played back signal.

A servo system for controlling the position of a magnetic reading head relative to the center of a selected information track. During writing, long-wave track sensing signals are written below the data signal in parts of the tracks and that in such manner that corresponding parts of successive tracks alternately contain or do not contain track sensing signals. During reading, the head reads not only the information of the selected track but as a result of crosstalk also reads the track sensing signals of the adjacent tracks. After filtering and processing the track sensing signals a control signal for controlling the head is obtained. Application in particular in helical and transversal scan video recorders.

A television system comprising a video tape recorder or the like and a television receiver, in which system the television signal contains an identification signal by which it is distinguished from the television signal received from a transmitter. The television receiver includes a circuit arrangement for recognizing the identification signal and for changing over circuits in the receiver, in particular for changing over the time constant network of the flywheel filter of the line synchronizing circuit. The identification signal can encode the line synchronizing pulses, for example by a serration formed therein.
