Apparatus for producing plastic containers by stretch blowing including a rotatable rotor and at least one distributor block connected to the rotor. The distributor block has a mixing chamber that can be directly connected to an internal space of a preform so that a combustion chamber is formed from the mixing chamber and the internal space of the preform. A feed device is provided for feeding an explosive fluid into the combustion chamber and a firing device is provided for firing the explosive fluid in the combustion chamber. Of importance is that the distributor block can be connected directly to a preform or to a formed container. The apparatus is desirably a round rotor machine with a rotatable carousel for receiving a plurality of distributor blocks having a mixing chamber that can be directly connected to an internal space of a preform. The distributor blocks are desirably arranged in such a way that they can be rotated together with the carousel. The invention also includes an apparatus, in particular a round rotor machine, for coating the inside walls of a plastic container with a barrier layer which is impermeable in relation to gases, aroma substances and the like, in which a stretch blowing mould is connected by way of a connecting portion to valve-controlled fluid lines in order to fill the container in the mould with at least one gas.

The invention relates to a device for producing containers from a plastic material that can be shaped by means of stretch blow forming and whose inner space corresponds to the finished container, said container being retained on its open end by a receiving element with gas flow pipes. A moveable stretch die () is axially guided through the receiving element and an ignition device is mounted in order to ignite an explosive gas mixture inside the container. In order to produce plastic containers having a better outer appearance, such as a substantially clear, transparent wall, and improve reliability of production, the receiving element can be engaged in a fluidically tight manner with the main distribution block () by the end thereof that faces the container, the stretching die () being movably guided through said distribution block in the axial extension of the receiving element. At least one first fluidic connection () is provided in a first area of the main distribution block () facing away from the container, and an additional fluidic connection () is provided in an opposite second area of the main distribution block () facing the container. The pipes () from the two fluidic connections () in the second area in the main distribution block () are connected together. A single common flow channel () is formed between the connecting point () and the receiving element.

A device for manufacturing containers from a plastic material which can be formed by stretch-blowing with a mold, the internal space of which corresponds to the finished container, which is held by its open end by a receiving portion, wherein lines connected to a metering unit are provided on the receiving portion, a moveable stretching die is guided axially through the receiving portion, and an ignitor is arranged for igniting an explosive gas mixture inside the container, and wherein a heater and cooler are provided.
