The present disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for the secure management of electronic information relating to a user. In certain embodiments, systems and methods disclosed herein may allow for personal information related to a user to be used in connection with information targeting systems and methods configured to match and/or target information for delivery to a user based on the user's interests. In some embodiments, personal information relating to a user may be stored and/or managed in a personal ontology graph or other data structure including, among other things, various inferred interests of the user derived from available personal information.

According to an aspect of an embodiment, a system of using an extensible language to represent storage metadata includes a computer-readable storage medium and a processing device. The computer-readable storage medium may have stored thereon storage metadata. The processing device may be configured to write the storage metadata to the computer-readable storage medium in an extensible language format. The processing device may also be configured to manipulate the storage metadata in the extensible language format. The processing device may also be configured to transfer the storage metadata in the extensible language format.

According to an aspect of an embodiment, a method of measuring physiological adaptability of a subject is described. The method may include receiving, from a first sensor, a first data signal indicating a first biological function of the subject. The method may also include receiving, from a second sensor, a second data signal indicating a second biological function of the subject. The method may also include calculating an adaptability of the subject based on the first data signal and the second data signal. The method may also include reporting the calculated adaptability.
