An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is discussed. The organic light-emitting display device includes a touch sensor formed in a single-layer structure and disposed on an encapsulation unit disposed on a light-emitting element. First and second bridges and first and second touch electrodes included in the touch sensor having a single-layer structure are formed of the same material as each other in the same plane, e.g., on the uppermost layer of the encapsulation unit, thereby simplifying the structure thereof and reducing costs.

Organic light-emitting display device having touch sensor

A touch display device includes a touch sensor and having a touch area and a non-display area at a side of the touch area. The non-display area include a touch driving part. The touch display device includes: a plurality of driving electrodes in the touch area, the plurality of driving electrodes connected to each other through at least one bridge line to constitute a plurality of row touch driving lines; a plurality of sensing electrodes crossing the plurality of driving electrodes in the touch area; and at least one driving routing line from the at least one bridge line connecting the plurality of driving electrodes, wherein the at least one driving routing line extends from the touch area to the non-display area.

Touch display device

An organic light-emitting display device can include a light-emitting element on a substrate; an encapsulation unit on the light-emitting element and including first and second inorganic encapsulation films, and an organic encapsulation film; a touch insulating film on the second inorganic encapsulation film; a touch sensor including first and second touch electrodes; a routing line; a touch pad; and a plurality of connection electrodes electrically connecting the routing line with the touch pad, in which the first touch electrodes are connected via first bridges, the second touch electrodes are connected via second bridges, and the first and second bridges and the first and second touch electrodes are formed of a same material as each other in a same plane.

A display device having a touch sensor that enables the size of a bezel area to be reduced is disclosed. The display device is configured such that a display area is spatially divided into first and second touch areas, and first sensing-routing lines, connected to touch electrodes in the first touch area, and second sensing-routing lines, connected to touch electrodes in the second touch area, are not disposed in side and upper bezel areas but are alternately disposed in a lower bezel area. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the size of the side bezel area and the upper bezel area.

Display device having touch sensor

A touch display device includes a touch sensing electrode and a touch drive electrode disposed on an encapsulation unit configured to encapsulate a light-emitting element, the touch sensing electrode and the touch drive electrode being configured to form a first mutual capacitor, and first and second compensation electrodes disposed in a non-active area of a substrate so as to be opposite each other, the first and second compensation electrodes being configured to form a second mutual capacitor, whereby the value of capacitance of all mutual capacitors is increased, and therefore it is possible to prevent deterioration in touch performance.

Disclosed is a display device having a reduced bezel area. The display device includes a plurality of touch lines electrically connected to a plurality of touch electrodes and display link lines electrically connected to a light-emitting element, the display link lines being disposed in a non-active area of a substrate, wherein a minimum of M touch lines (M being a natural number greater than 1 and less than N) is disposed with respect to a minimum of N display link lines (N being a natural number greater than 1), among the plurality of display link lines, in the non-active area. Consequently, a narrow bezel may be realized.

Display device

The present disclosure provides a display device having a touch sensor for securing improved touch-sensing performance. The display device having a touch sensor includes a touch-driving circuit configured to drive a touch-driving line and a touch-sensing line, which are disposed on an encapsulation unit covering a light-emitting element, in a mutual-capacitance mode and to drive at least one of the touch-driving line or the touch-sensing line in a self-capacitance mode, and the touch-driving circuit supplies a load free driving signal to a shield line overlapping the touch-driving line and the touch-sensing line, thereby securing improved touch-sensing performance.

Display device having touch sensor and a shield line

A display apparatus is provided. In the display apparatus, a touch electrode may be disposed on the encapsulating element covering a light-emitting device, and a touch pad may be disposed on the outside of the encapsulating element. A touch line may be connected to the touch electrode. The touch line may be connected to the touch pad by a first touch link and a second touch link. The first touch link may include a first end connected to the second touch link, and a second end connected to the touch line. The first end of the first touch link may overlap with the encapsulating element. Thus, in the display apparatus, the reliability for a touch of a user or a tool may be improved.

Display apparatus having a touch electrode on an encapsulating element

An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is discussed. The organic light-emitting display device can include a touch sensor formed in a single-layer structure and disposed on a touch insulating film overlapping an encapsulation unit disposed on a light-emitting element. First and second bridges and first and second touch electrodes included in the touch sensor having a single-layer structure are formed of the same material as each other in the same plane, e.g., on the touch insulating film, thereby simplifying the structure thereof and reducing costs.

A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes touch electrodes on an encapsulating element. Each of the touch electrodes can be connected to a first touch line extending in a direction, and a second touch line extending in a direction opposite to the first touch line. Each of the touch electrodes can be connected to one of touch pads by one of the first touch lines. The second touch line can include an end on the encapsulating element. Thus, in the display apparatus, the reliability for the touch of a user or tool can be improved.

Display apparatus having touch electrodes

Disclosed is a display device having a reduced bezel area. The display device includes a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on a light-emitting element, display link lines and touch lines disposed in a non-active area, and a touch passivation film disposed on the touch electrodes, the touch passivation film contacting the touch lines disposed in a bending area of the non-active area. Consequently, a narrow bezel may be realized.

The present disclosure provides a display device having a touch sensor for securing improved touch-sensing performance. The display device having a touch sensor includes a shield electrode and a touch electrode, which are sequentially disposed on an encapsulation unit covering a light-emitting element. While a touch-driving signal is applied to the touch electrode, a load free driving signal of which at least one of the phase or the amplitude is the same as that of the touch-driving signal is supplied to the shield electrode, thereby securing improved touch-sensing performance.
