The information handling system synthesizes a 3D map of the coverage area based upon the image information, determines that a first region of the 3D map is an inactive region of an emergency response incident and determines that a second region of the 3D map is an active region of the emergency response incident based on the image information, and directs a group of user equipment devices to the inactive region.

A data communication network includes a data communication node, an imaging device, and an information handling system. The data communication node establishes a data connection with a user equipment device. The imaging device provides image information for a coverage area associated with the data communication node. The information handling system is coupled to the data communication node and to the imaging device. The information handling system receives the image information, synthesizes a 3D map of the coverage area based upon the image information, receives first coverage information from the first data communication node, correlates the first coverage information with the 3D map to generate a coverage map of the coverage area, to generate a first connectivity pattern associating a quality of connectivity provided by the first data communication node within the coverage area, and determines a first location of the first user equipment device within the connectivity pattern based on the image information.

A data communication network includes a data communication node, an imaging device, and an information handling system. The data communication node establishes a data connection with a user equipment device and provides beamforming information for the data connection. The imaging device provides image information for a coverage area of the data communication node. The information handling system receives the image information, determines that data connections have been established with user equipment devices, to authenticate the user equipment devices, to correlate locations of the user equipment devices within the coverage area based upon beamforming information for the data connections and upon the image information, to attest to identities of the user equipment devices, and to establish an attestation zone within the coverage area based upon the attestation of the identities.

A data communication network includes data communication nodes configured to establish data connections with user equipment devices within an RF coverage area, imaging devices configured to provide image information for the RF coverage area, and an information handling system. The information handling system receives RF coverage information from the data communication nodes, receives first image information from the imaging devices, determines a first RF coverage map for the RF coverage area based upon the RF coverage information and the image information, provides a first bandwidth allocation to the data communication nodes based on the first RF coverage map, receives second image information from the imaging devices, determines that the first RF coverage map has changed to a second RF coverage map based upon a difference between the first image information and the second image information, and provides a second bandwidth allocation to the data communication nodes based on the second RF coverage map.

Beamforming optimization to adapt to environmental changes and RF consumption patterns

A data communication network includes a first data communication node configured to establish a first data connection with a user equipment device within a coverage area of the data communication network, a second data communication node configured to establish a second data connection with the user equipment device within the coverage area, an imaging device configured to provide image information for the coverage area, and an information handling system. The information handling system determines a trajectory of the user equipment device within the coverage area based upon the image information, and determines a location along the first trajectory to hand off the user equipment device from the first data connection to the second data connection based on the first trajectory.

The network node includes an optical link and a reflectometry analyzer to provide a plurality of reflectometry results, each reflectometry result providing a characterization of physical and operational properties of the optical link at the time of the reflectometry result. The processor receives a first set of the reflectometry results, and calculates a federated fingerprint of the physical and operational properties of the optical link based on the plurality of fingerprints in first set of the reflectometry results. The federated fingerprint is a combination of fingerprints from every section of the optical link. The processor receives a second set of the reflectometry results, and compares each of a plurality of fingerprints in the second set of reflectometry results with a respective corresponding fingerprint in the federated fingerprint. The processor determines whether a physical tampering of the optical link has occurred based upon the comparison.

Infrastructure integrity and attestation of an all-photonics network

An information handling system includes a plurality of network nodes and a processor. The network nodes each include an optical link and a reflectometry analyzer. The reflection analyzers provide reflectometry results that each provide a characterization of physical properties of the associated optical link. The processor receives the reflectometry results, and, for each optical link, analyzes the reflectometry results to determine a fingerprint of the physical properties of the associated optical link. The processor further determines a status for each of the optical links based upon the associated fingerprints, and displays a map of the information handling system including each network node and the associated optical link, wherein the map provides an indication of the status for each of the optical links.

Real-time health monitoring in an all-photonics network

A data communication network includes a network node and a processor. The network node includes an optical link and a reflectometry analyzer. The reflection analyzer provides a plurality of reflectometry results that each provide a characterization of physical and operational properties of the optical link at the time of the reflectometry result. The processor receives a first set of the reflectometry results, analyzes the first set of reflectometry results to define a fingerprint of the physical and operational properties of the optical link, receives a second set of the reflectometry results, compares the second set of reflectometry results with the fingerprint, and determines whether or not the optical link is secure based upon the comparison of the second set of reflectometry results with the fingerprint.

Identifying link fingerprint anomalies in real-time in an all-photonics network

A data communication network includes a plurality of network nodes and a processor. The network nodes each include an optical link and a reflectometry analyzer. The reflection analyzers provide reflectometry results that each provide a characterization of physical and operational properties of the associated optical link. The processor receives the reflectometry results from the reflectometry analyzers, and, for each optical link, analyzes the reflectometry results to determine a fingerprint of the physical and operational properties of the associated optical link. The processor further determines a status for each of the optical links based upon the associated fingerprints, and determines a first path between a first one of the network nodes and a second one of the network nodes based upon a first status of a first optical link in the first path and a second status of a second optical link in the path.

Identifying optimal paths in an all-photonics network

An information handling system includes a plurality of network nodes and a processor. Each network node includes an optical link and a reflectometry analyzer. The reflection analyzers provide a plurality of reflectometry results that each provide a characterization of physical properties of the optical link. The processor receives the reflectometry results, analyzes the reflectometry results to define a fingerprint of the physical properties of the optical link, and determines a status for each of the optical links based upon the associated fingerprints. The status for each of the optical links includes one of a plurality of graded statuses. Each graded status represents a qualitative measure of the physical properties of the associated optical link. A first graded status represents a better qualitative measure than a second graded status. The processor further receives a request to route a data flow from a first one of the network nodes to a second one of the network nodes. The data flow is associated with a service level agreement that defines that the data flow is to be routed on optical links that have the first graded status. The processor further determines a path between the first network node and the second network node where each of optical links in the path have the first graded status.

Path management for tiered service level agreements in an all-photonics network

A data communication network includes a plurality of network nodes coupled together via optical links and a network controller. Each network node includes a reflectometry analyzer that provides a characterization of physical properties of the optical links coupled to the associated network node. The characterization for each particular optical link provides a unique fingerprint of the physical properties of the particular optical link. The network controller determines a network path between a first network node and a second network node, wherein the network path traverses a first optical link, receives a first fingerprint for the first optical link from a first reflectometry analyzer, defines a signature for the path, the signature including the first fingerprint, receives a second fingerprint for the first optical link from the first reflectometry analyzer, the second fingerprint being different from the first fingerprint, and determines that the network path is not secure based upon the difference between the first fingerprint and the second fingerprint.
