Target monitoring and alert systems for identifying and tracking targets within radar data. Raw frame data is filtered to remove data relating to reflections from static objects. Moving targets are identified in the filtered data and their location is tracked over time generating target data. Neural networks may process the target data, calculate a fall likelihood score and generate a fall-alert if this is above an alert-threshold. A person identification module may extract the position and motion characteristics of each target from the data and generate a probabilistic identification of the target with a person.

Target monitoring and alert system and method

Systems and methods for a radar-based viral transmission prevention for a protected space are disclosed. The system comprises a gateway screening systemconfigured for remotely screening subjects crossing a boundary of a protected space, an elevator monitoring systemconfigured for monitoring passengers using an elevator system and a social distance monitoring systemconfigured for monitoring social distancing compliance within the protected space. The system also includes a telemedical monitoring systemconfigured and operable for remotely measuring one or more parameters of a patient using a radar-based system. The system further includes a gesture recognition systemconfigured and operable to identify hand gestures remotely.
