A fenestration assembly includes an operator assembly having an escutcheon configured for coupling with the fenestration assembly. A handle linkage is coupled with the escutcheon and rotatable relative to the escutcheon. The handle linkage includes a handle arm rotatably coupled with the escutcheon and a handle knob rotatably coupled with the handle arm. An articulating joint is between the handle arm and the handle knob. The handle linkage is movable between stowed and operational configurations. In the stowed configuration the handle linkage is seated along the escutcheon, and the handle arm and the handle knob are aligned. In the operational configuration the handle linkage is unseated from the escutcheon, the handle knob and the handle arm are misaligned with the handle knob at an operating angle relative to the handle arm, and the handle linkage is configured to open and close a fenestration panel.

Self seating fenestration hardware

A fenestration assembly includes a low-profile screen assembly including a fenestration frame and a sash movably coupled with the fenestration frame. The sash includes a daylight opening having a daylight opening profile. The low-profile screen assembly is coupled with one or more of the fenestration frame or the sash. The low-profile screen assembly includes a screen panel having a screen frame coupled along one or more of the sash or the fenestration frame, and the screen frame includes a screen frame inner perimeter. A screen membrane spans the screen frame and is coupled with the screen frame. The screen frame inner perimeter is outside of the daylight opening profile.

Low profile fenestration screen assembly and method for same

A fenestration assembly includes a fenestration frame and a sash movably coupled with the fenestration frame. The sash includes a daylight opening having a daylight opening profile. A low profile handle assembly is coupled with the fenestration frame and the sash. The low profile handle assembly includes a sash handle coupled with the sash and a handle socket in the fenestration frame. The handle socket is configured for reception of the sash handle. The low profile handle assembly has a composite handle profile including the sash handle received in the handle socket. The composite handle profile is outside of the daylight opening profile, and the daylight opening is unobstructed at least from the low profile handle assembly.

Fenestration screen assembly

A fenestration hardware assembly includes a blade socket including a blade recess and an operator interface feature rotatably coupled with an operator housing. A latch blade is movably coupled with the operator housing. The latch blade is movable between deployed and withdrawn positions. In the deployed position at least a portion of the latch blade is received in the blade recess of the blade socket. In the withdrawn position the portion of the latch blade is recessed from the blade recess. The operator interface feature is rotatable between at least locked and unlocked configurations. In the locked configuration the latch blade is in the deployed position and received in the blade recess. In the unlocked configuration the latch blade is translated from the deployed position to the withdrawn position and withdrawn from the blade recess according to rotation of the operator interface feature.

Fenestration hardware

A fenestration wall assembly includes a fenestration frame extending along a perimeter of the fenestration wall assembly. The fenestration frame includes a socket core having a first module socket configured to interchangeably receive service modules therein, and a second module socket configured to interchangeably receive service modules therein. The interchangeably received service modules include at least first and second service modules. Each of the first and second modules includes respective first and second module profiles. A panel having a panel profile is surrounded by the fenestration frame. The panel profile is isolated from the first and second module profiles.

Integrated fenestration wall assembly

A fenestration operation hardware assembly includes latch mechanisms configured for coupling to respective top and bottom sashes, and a paddle member configured for coupling the latch mechanisms. The latch mechanisms include movable latch bolts, and at least one of the latch mechanisms includes an operator interface feature movable between at least initial and operating positions. In an initial position, the latch bolts are in respective projected positions, and the top and bottom panels are immobilized. In a first withdrawn position, at least one of the top and bottom panels is movable, and in a second withdrawn position, at least one of the top and bottom panels is tiltable. In an example, a top latch bolt is moved by the paddle member according to movement of the bottom latch bolt.
