Various embodiments discussed herein utilize a C-shaped imager to provide images with a minimal footprint, such as may be suitable in a surgical context. In addition the systems and methods described herein allow for suitable angular (i.e., azimuthal) scan coverage about the patient. To provide real-time 3D imaging, multiple X-ray tubes or a distributed X-ray source may be employed, coupled with an extended detector or multiple detectors. To reconstruct high-quality volumes, in some implementations reconstruction techniques may be employed that utilize pre-operative (pre-op) computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound (U/S), or other suitable modality images or data as prior information.

Various methods and systems are provided for cable management for portable electronic medical devices. In one embodiment, a system comprises: a frame for a portable electronic medical device, the frame including a first wall and an opposing, second wall forming inner surfaces of a channel; and a cable coupler adapted to seat within the channel, including: counterpart outer surfaces shaped to engage the inner surfaces; and a passage shaped to enclose a portion of a cable.

Methods and systems for cable management

Various methods and systems are provided for ultrasound imaging probe power management. In one embodiment, a charging system for a wireless ultrasound probe includes a base attachment configured to be removably coupled to an ultrasound system, a core charger configured to be removably coupled to the base attachment, and a probe holder. The probe holder is formed of a first bracket and a second bracket, wherein the first bracket is configured to be removably coupled to the core charger, and the second bracket is configured to receive the wireless ultrasound probe and position the wireless ultrasound probe adjacent to the core charger to enable charging of the wireless ultrasound probe via inductive charging.

Methods and systems for ultrasound probe power management

Various methods and systems are provided for ultrasound imaging probe power management. In one embodiment, a power management system for an ultrasound imaging system includes a wireless charger and a mount configured to couple to a probe holder of the ultrasound imaging system. The probe may seat against the wireless charger for charging of a power source of the probe.

A system (e.g., an ultrasound imaging system) is provided. The system includes an ultrasound probe having a cable, and an ultrasound probe holder configured to receive the ultrasound probe. The system further includes a housing supported by a base. The housing includes a connector port and a cable manage passage. The cable manage passage positioned at an upper end of the housing distal to the base. The cable extending through the cable manage passage and is attached to the connector port. The ultrasound probe holder is coupled to a front side of the housing.

Systems and methods for passive wire management

A portable ultrasound imaging assembly includes a cart or support stand on which is mounted a portable ultrasound imaging system and a handle that can be grasped by a user to move the cart and imaging assembly into the desired position. The support stand further includes a storage bin removably mounted in a readily accessible location directly below the handle. The storage bin is formed to hold a number of large containers, such as cylindrical sanitizing wipe canisters, and has a profile similar to that of the handle. The profile of the storage bin includes a rear facing recess within which the support stand is disposed when the storage bin is secured to the support stand in either a forward or rearward facing direction. The attachment structure(s) for the storage bin is located within the recess to minimizing the profile of the storage bin on the support stand.

A portable ultrasound imaging assembly includes a probe management system to facilitate the positioning of accessories, such as containers and/or probes of various types and associated cords utilized with a portable ultrasound imaging system forming a part of the ultrasound imaging assembly. The probe management system includes dedicated attachment locations and/or handles that enable a user to readily grasp, move and carry the imaging assembly or components thereof into the desired position. The attachment locations and/or handles are formed with uniform cross-sectional shapes and include mounting locations thereon where various probe/accessory holders can be removably secured. The holders are formed with clips that conform to the cross-sectional shape of the attachment locations/handles, such that the holders can be mounted in a modular manner to either handle in the desired mounting location.

Modular ultrasound probe management system

Various methods and systems are provided for a portable ultrasound imaging system. In one example, a portable ultrasound imaging system is disclosed, comprising a support stand with a sliding portion vertically slidable in relation to a stationary portion; a cradle configured to support an ultrasound imaging device and coupled to the sliding portion of the support stand; a tray, positioned below the cradle, coupled to the sliding portion of the support stand; and a case at least partially enclosing an electric power converter including an electric power cable, electrically coupled to the ultrasound imaging device, and positioned at a rear side of the support stand and coupled to the sliding portion of the support stand such that the sliding portion and the case move in unison during sliding movement of the sliding portion.

Methods and systems for medical imaging

Various methods and systems are provided for a cable management device. In one example, the cable management device has a planar base with a plurality of mounting holes, a first wing framing a first slot positioned along a first side of the base, and a second wing framing a second slot along a second side of the base. The wings may flex from a first configuration to a second configuration in response to a contact force.

Methods and systems for a cable management system

Various embodiments of a breast ultrasound scanning apparatus are provided. In one embodiment, a system comprises an imaging assembly comprising an ultrasound transducer, a frame housing the imaging assembly, and a membrane directly and removably coupled to the frame. In this way, the cost of performing an ultrasound scan with the imaging assembly may be reduced while the comfort for a patient being scanned with the imaging assembly is increased.
