The invention relates to a line for a server insert for connecting a power supply unit with a circuit board with distributor contacts. The line comprises a first current rail and a second current rail. The first current rail and the second current rail are arranged parallel to each other. Both current rails can be secured at connections of a power supply unit of a server insert and a circuit board with distributor contacts. The current rails have first connection elements, which are arranged in such a way that two lines can be connected with each other in order to form a point-symmetrical arrangement of lines. The invention further relates to an arrangement and a server insert.

Line, arrangement and server insert

The invention relates to a holding component with a riser card for receiving an expansion component for a computer system. The riser card comprises a first mating plug connector on a first side of a bottom plate of the holding component. Further, the riser card comprises a first plug connector on a second side of the bottom plate opposite the first side. The holding component is adapted to receive the expansion component by establishing a plug connection of a second plug connector of the expansion component and the first mating plug connector on the holding component, wherein the holding component comprises a slot bracket, which is adapted to receive a slot angle of the expansion component. Furthermore, the invention relates to a support component for receiving at least one holding component and to an assembly comprising a chassis of a server module and of a holding component as well as of a support component.

Holding component, support component and assembly

The invention relates to an assembly for securing at least one expansion card (comprising a half-open chassis for receiving a first circuit board of a server module having at least one first plug connector, a carrier component for receiving at least one expansion card and at least one second circuit board secured to the carrier component. The carrier component comprises at least one securing point for rotatably and releasably receiving the carrier component on the half-open chassis and at least one first bearing surface for supporting the carrier component on a second bearing surface of the half-open chassis, arranged in the region of opposite ends of the carrier component. Here, a first mating plug connector of the second circuit board is arranged such that the second circuit board is electrically connected to the first circuit board by receiving and pivoting the carrier component around the securing point.

Assembly for securing at least one expansion card and server system

An arrangement for a blade server slide-in module includes a motherboard with a plug connector, a riser card inserted in the plug connector of the motherboard, a carrier plate, in which there is a first opening, is fixed substantially parallel to the motherboard in the blade server slide-in module, the first opening being aligned with exposed plug contacts of the inserted riser card, and a retaining element having a main body in which there is a continuous, second opening, wherein the retaining element is pushed onto the riser card in a positive locking manner by the second opening and locks with the carrier plate so that the riser card is securely mechanically fixed to the carrier plate and the plug contacts of the riser card are accessible via the second opening.

Arrangement for a blade server slide-in module

A data processing system with at least one mainboard is arranged in a computer housing and at least one daughter card that can be electrically connected to the mainboard by at least one riser card. A metal carrier sheet accommodates and supports the riser card and the daughter card and can be arranged together with the riser card and the daughter card in the computer housing. A metal carrier sheet includes a retaining bracket constructed to fix the riser card on the metal carrier sheet without screws. The metal carrier sheet further includes at least one angle bracket and at least one retaining bolt constructed to fix the daughter card without screws on the metal carrier sheet.
