Some embodiments of the disclosure use human peripheral blood for ctDNA sequencing or tumor tissues for whole exome sequencing, screen out mutation sites to perform antigen epitope prediction, connect and synthesize an expression gene sequence of mutant peptides. Other embodiments of the disclosure construct a lentiviral vector, package the lentivirus, transfect an APC cell to complete transformation of a specific LV cell, co-culture in vitro with PBMC separated from the peripheral blood, screen out an effective polypeptide, and transform common T cells into RFF cells. Suppressive signaling molecules include one or more of PD-1, Tim-3, LAG3, CTLA-4, BTLA, VISTA, CD160, and 2B4 (CD244). Antigen presenting cells include one or more of PBMC, a dendritic cell, neutrophil, B lymphocyte, and macrophage.

A Micro-LED array device based on III-nitride semiconductors and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The Micro-LED array device includes arrayed sector mesa structures that are formed by etching to penetrate through a p-type GaN layer and a quantum-well active layer and deep into an n-type GaN layer, a p-type electrode array deposited by evaporation on the p-type GaN layer of sector arrays, and an n-type electrode array deposited by evaporation on the n-type GaN layer. The n-type electrode array forms blocking walls to isolate the sector mesas from one another. The blocking walls, and each of the blocking walls and the annular structure surrounding the sector mesa are connected to each other.

The present invention provides a method for preparing a coronavirus-targeting universal DC cell vaccine, and belongs to the technical field of virus vaccine preparation. The preparation method includes the following steps: ligating a fusion gene including a HLA gene and a coronavirus antigen gene onto an expression vector to obtain a recombinant vector; then transferring the recombinant vector into antigen-presenting cells to be transfected to obtain the coronavirus-targeting universal DC cell vaccine. The universal DC cell vaccine of the present invention has a targeting property against a coronavirus, can effectively stimulate a CTL, and has a killing effect on a target cell.

The present disclosure provides an environment-friendly mildew prevention method for bamboo. The mildew prevention method for bamboo includes the following steps: soaking the bamboo in an acid solution to obtain a reaction system; subjecting the reaction system to a hydrolysis reaction to obtain a hydrolyzed product; and washing and drying the hydrolyzed product in sequence to obtain mildew-proof bamboo, where the acid solution is an inorganic acid solution or an organic acid solution; the inorganic acid solution has a mass concentration of 0.5-8%; the organic acid solution has a mass concentration of 2-40%. The present disclosure uses an inorganic acid solution or an organic acid solution to treat the bamboo, and reduces the content of starch in the bamboo through a hydrolysis reaction, thereby reducing a carbon source with starch as the main nutrient on which a mildew fungus depends and achieving the purpose of preventing the bamboo from mildewing.

Array-type square table structures pass through a p-type GaN layer and a quantum well active layer and are deep to an n-type GaN layer are disposed on a blue LED epitaxial wafer, wherein micro holes are formed through etching in the structures. Every 2*2 table structures constitute an RGB pixel unit. The invention provides a method for in-depth profile control and displacement by using styrene-based flexible and elastic particles in combination with the polyacrylamide polymer microsphere, wherein the flexible elastic particles can block cracks and large pore channels of the oil layer, and the polymer microsphere can displace the remaining oil in the oil layer. In the present invention, different slugs of profile control and displacement system are combined to achieve the objective of blocking cracks and large pore channels, displacing crude oil, and improving oil well recovery.

The method includes: putting a film material on a backing material on a base table, a side of the film material with an adhesive layer facing towards the backing material to be attached and aligning the film material and the backing material; pressing a corner of the film material on the base table by an attaching roller which will roll along a preset direction, wherein an included angle between the preset direction and either side of the corner of the film material is smaller than an angle of the corner of the film material. By attaching the film material using an attaching roller at an angle with respect to the film material, instead of attaching the film material directly at one side by an attaching roller in traditional attaching process, the present disclosure can solve the problem that a linear bubble is easily to be generated at the edge of the film material in the attaching process.

The first end is connected to the first roller and intersects with a central axis of the first roller, while the second end extends close to the second roller. With the gauging jig, an operator can promptly and accurately gauge whether the projections of the first and second rollers coincide on the carrying surface. Therefore, gauging time can be saved while times of trial production can be reduced or even omitted, thereby improving the production efficiency and reducing cost.

The invention discloses a regulation jig including a regulation part and a scale plate which are movably connected. The regulation part can simultaneously regulate positions of conveying rings having the same sequence, such that they are arranged into a line. The scale plate can accurately control the distance between the lines formed by the rings. The regulation jig not only can guarantee the straightness of a row of conveying rings around different conveying rollers and having the same sequence, but also can ensure that the transmission surface formed by the conveying rings for supporting and conveying the display substrates has a good flatness, in turn preventing the display substrates from deviating from its travelling direction during the transmission. As such, the regulation jig provided by the invention can efficiently and promptly regulate the positions of the conveying rings, so as to ensure the normal transmission of the display substrate.
