A blender for blending food products includes a vessel configured for containing the food products and a cutter blade base having a cutter blade assembly. The cutter blade base releasably coupled to and cooperating with the vessel to seal the food products within the vessel and blend the food products. The cutter blade assembly is driven by a drive device. A pressure minimizing device prevents an overaccumulation of pressure within the vessel as the food products are blended therein.

A popping and mixing device includes a popping chamber for receiving popcorn kernels and converting the same into popped popcorn kernels. A mixing container receives the popped popcorn kernels from the popping chamber. A mixing motor in mechanical communication with the mixing container configured for rotating the popcorn mixing container.

The popcorn popper has an on-board storage compartment for storing un-popped kernels of corn. The un-popped kernels of corn may be directed from the storage compartment to cooking surfaces via a dispenser. The dispenser provides a desired serving size of kernels and includes a mechanism to prevent overfeeding of the popper.

A hot pot has a body with an open top and an outward rim around a periphery adjacent to a bottom of the body. A heating element support supports a heating element and extends across the bottom of the body to define a liquid-receiving volume for the hot pot. The hot pot has a base with a side wall and a bottom panel extending across the sidewall. The side wall and bottom panel define a hollow interior for the base. The side wall has an outward lip extending around the side wall opposite the bottom panel. The side wall lip abuts the body outwardly extending rim. The hot pot further has a security ring extending around the side wall lip and the body outward rim. The security ring is fixed to the hot pot in such a way as to destroy structural integrity of the hot pot upon its removal.

A popcorn popping unit has a heating element and a blower fan, and a cooking surface adapted to receive kernels of corn. The popping unit is configurable for two flow paths of pressurized air through the popping unit. In the first path, pressurized air is configured to flow over the heating element, flow over the cooking surface, cook the kernels of corn, and move the cooked kernels of corn to a serving dispenser. In a second path, pressurized air is configured to flow over the cooking surface, and move un-popped seeds into a seed collection bin.

A popcorn popping unit comprises a blower unit and a popping vessel. The popping vessel has first and second parts assemblable with one another to form the popping vessel. The first part is operatively mounted on the blower unit and the second part has an opening configured to vent pressurized air generated by the blower during cooking operations from the popping vessel through the opening. The popping vessel has at least a portion with inner and outer walls spaced apart from one another to form a double wall construction for the at least portion of the popping vessel. The inner wall may comprise glass and the outer wall may comprise plastic. The inner and outer walls may be transparent.

A punch includes a base and a chip cartridge that is movably coupled to the base. The chip cartridge is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the base and defines a chamber that is configured to receive and hold chips produced during a punching operation. The chip cartridge includes a chip receiving portion that is configured to receive chips created during the punching operation and to permit entry of the chips into the chamber while the chip cartridge is in the first position. When the chip cartridge is in the second position, the chip receiving portion provides communication between the chamber and outside the chamber via an area less than or equal to about 200 percent of a surface area of the chip produced by the punch.

A paper processing tool includes a base having a receiving area for selectively receiving a sheet of paper. The tool further includes a first lever having a handle portion, the first lever being pivotable relative to the base about a first axis. An intermediate lever is pivotable relative to the base about a second axis in response to movement of the first lever. At least one cutting element is arranged along a cutting plane, the at least one cutting element being configured to selectively engage the sheet of paper. A drive lever is actuable by the intermediate lever to move the at least one cutting element relative to the base. The drive lever is pivotable relative to the base about a third axis parallel to the cutting plane.
