Delivery devices, systems, and methods for delivering implantable leadless pacing devices are disclosed. An example delivery device may include an intermediate tubular member and an inner tubular member slidably disposed within a lumen of the intermediate tubular member. A distal holding section may extend distally of a distal end of the intermediate tubular member and define a cavity therein for receiving an implantable leadless pacing device. At least a portion of the lumen of the inner tubular member may be bifurcated to form a first lumen and a second lumen. The first lumen may be configured to receive a first portion of a tether and the second lumen may be configured to receive a second portion of the tether

Delivery devices and methods for leadless cardiac devices

Various aspects of the present disclosure are directed toward apparatuses, systems, and methods that include a single pass implantable lead configured to be coupled to the implantable medical device and arranged to sense and pace the chambers of a patient's heart. The lead may include a proximal region having a plurality of electrodes, a distal region having at least one electrode, and an intermediate region therebetween. The system can sense and pace the right atrium, the left atrium, the right ventricle, and the left ventricle.

An example delivery system may comprise a delivery device, an implantable leadless pacing device, and a tether. The tether may be made of a material which allows for a lubricious, strong, no stretch, no memory tether. The tether may releasably secure the implantable leadless pacing device to the delivery device.

An IS-4 terminal connector assembly includes three terminal electrodes positioned over an inner tubular member such that they are radially offset from one another. Each of the terminal ring electrodes are configured such that they can withstand both tensile and cyclical bending loads with minimal compromise in their outer geometry. Additionally, each of the terminal electrodes is configured such that they have both an inner and outer geometry that facilitates adequate insulation between a select terminal electrode and an adjacent conductor. Additionally, each of the terminal ring electrodes is configured such that they facilitate an external approach to staking a cable conductor.

A method of manufacturing a medical electrical lead includes molding a lead body pre-form, stringing an electrode onto the pre-form and overmolding the pre-form with a polymer to form a lead body portion. At least one asymmetric region of the pre-form has a transverse cross-section that has a non-circular outer dimension. The overmolding causes the asymmetric region to become substantially circular.

A medical device lead includes an insulative lead body, outer and inner conductive coils, and a flexible core assembly. The outer conductive coil extends through the lead body and is coupled to a first electrode at a distal end of the outer conductive coil. The flexible core assembly is disposed in the central lumen and is comprised of a material that has a saturation magnetization of at least about 1.5 T and a relative permeability of greater than one. The flexible core assembly includes a positioning interface configured for manipulation of the flexible core assembly such that the flexible core assembly translates through the central lumen during insertion and extraction of the flexible core assembly.

The electro-optic converter includes an optically transparent substrate with a plurality of alignment apertures and an optical device disposed on a first planar surface of the optically transparent substrate in alignment with the plurality of alignment apertures so that an axis of transmission of the optical device passes directly through the optically transparent substrate.
