A holder for a sensor unit, has at least two bus bars, wherein an internal electrical interface to a measuring transducer is formed at first ends of the at least two bus bars, and an external electrical interface for a connector module is formed at second ends of the at least two bus bars. An alignment component surrounds the at least two bus bars and is arranged between the internal electrical interface and the external electrical interface, wherein an alignment of the alignment component defines an outgoing direction of the second ends of the at least two bus bars and of the external electrical interface.

Holder for a sensor unit

A sensor unit for a vehicle includes a sensor circuit, a main part that supports the sensor circuit with at least one sensor contact, a connection cable, and a pot-shaped sleeve. The main part includes a sensor contact, a cable contact, and common contact support. The sensor contact is positioned on a first end of the contact support, and the cable contact is positioned on a second end of the contact support. The sensor contact is electrically connected to the at least one sensor contact via at least one sensor counter contact, and the cable contact is electrically connected to the connection cable via at least one cable contact. The sensor circuit is arranged on an end region of the contact support such that the sensor circuit is oriented in a predetermined detection direction. The detection direction is based on a bending angle of the end region relative to a longitudinal axis of the main part. The pot-shaped sleeve is fixed to the main part, and surrounds the sensor contact and the sensor circuit. The shape of the sleeve is adapted to the detection direction of the sensor circuit.

Sensor unit for a vehicle, and method for producing a sensor unit for a vehicle

A sensor unit for a vehicle includes a sensor circuit that is electrically connected to a connection cable via a sensor contact-making-element, a cable contact-making element, and a coaxial contact-making element. The sensor contact-making element includes at least two sensor contacts, and the cable contact-making element includes at least two cable contacts. The coaxial contact-making element is positioned between the cable contact-making element and the sensor contact-making element and includes, at a cable end, a first inner contact point having at least two contacts and, at a sensor end, a second inner contact point having at least to mating contacts.

Sensor unit for a vehicle

The disclosure relates to a connection assembly for a sensor assembly having a connection element which is electrically and mechanically connected to one end of at least one wire of a connection cable in a first contacting region and can be electrically and mechanically connected to a sensor element in a second contacting region, wherein the connection element is at least partially enclosed by a plastic overmold which has a window-shaped recess in a transition region between the first contacting region and the second contacting region which is sealed in the injection molding die during the injection process of the plastic overmold and a corresponding sensor assembly. According to the disclosure, a positioning opening is arranged in the transition region such that the connection element can be positioned in the injection molding die and the transition region surrounding the positioning opening is sealed flat in the injection molding die to create the window-shaped recess.
