A washer for use in a cavity wall to connect to a veneer tie that joins an inner wythe and an outer wythe of the cavity wall. The washer has a washer body having a perimeter, a washer body first side, a washer body second side and a washer body side wall. A hole is substantially centrally located and through the washer body. At least one holder formed within the perimeter and protruding from at least one of the washer body first side and washer body second side, wherein the at least one holder is configured for receiving a portion of a veneer tie.

A system and method for a wall anchor including a washer for use in a cavity wall to connect to a veneer tie that joins an inner wythe and an outer wythe of the cavity wall are disclosed. The washer includes an opening configured to receive a shaft associated with the wall anchor, a washer body first side configured to abut one or more surfaces associated with the inner wythe, a washer body second side, and a washer body side wall. The washer body having at least one receiving element, including at least one receiving element opening configured to receive a portion of the veneer tie.

The wall anchor also includes a first receiving space defined by a first curved section and a second receiving space defined by a second curved section that are both in the cavity space upon installation. A first end of the wall anchor fusibly attaches to the single location at an outward facing side of the wire element.

Apparatus, systems, and methods for use in a cavity space to connect to a veneer tie that joins an inner wythe and an outer wythe of the cavity space

A wall anchor for use in a cavity wall configured to connect to a veneer tie that joins an inner wythe, and an outer wythe of the cavity wall is disclosed. The wall anchor includes an elongated shaft having a first longitudinal axis, a fastening end section, a receiving end section, and a middle section. The wall anchor system further includes a panel including an interior positioned between at least two end surfaces, and a first insulating member spanning at least a portion of the interior of the panel. The receiving end section of the wall anchor system includes apertures defining an aperture wall for accepting sections of the veneer tie. The wall anchor system further includes a plurality of insulating members covering the aperture wall configured to reduce the transfer of thermal energy by the veneer tie between the inner wythe and the outer wythe.

Systems and methods for an insulated thermal wall anchor

An anchor for use in joining inner and outer wythes of the wall. The outer wythe is formed from successive courses of masonry units with a mortar-filled bed joint between each two adjacent courses. The anchor comprises an engagement portion configured for disposition in the bed joint and an attachment portion coupled to the engagement portion. The attachment portion is configured to be secured to the inner wythe. The attachment portion defines an elongate slot. A bushing defines an opening sized and shaped to receive a fastener to attach the attachment portion to the inner wythe. The bushing is movably attached to the attachment portion to permit movement of the bushing and attachment portion relative to one another. This permits the engagement portion to move relative to the outer wythe to position the engagement portion in the bed joint when the fastener secures the attachment portion to the inner wythe.

A veneer tie for use in a wall to join a veneer wall to an inner wall. The veneer tie includes an attachment portion and an insertion portion. The attachment portion has a loop defining an opening configured to receive a fastener to secure the attachment portion to the inner wythe. The attachment portion is compressively reduced in a direction that is generally normal to the opening. The insertion portion is fixed to the attachment portion and extends in a direction transverse of the attachment portion. The insertion portion is configured for attachment to the veneer wall.

Facade support system

A facade support system can be attached to a wall of a structure to support a veneer on the wall. A bracket of the support system that can be attached to the wall includes a connecting plate and a mounting member. A support attached to the connecting plate can be disposed in a mortar bed joint of the veneer. A standoff positioned for engagement with the wall is selectively attachable to the connecting plate in different locations for maintaining a substantially horizontal position of the support. In some instances the mounting member may have detents engageable with detents on a washer. In other instances both the connecting plate and the mounting member include detents.

Masonry support

A lintel system for supporting masonry blocks above an opening in a structure includes a lintel configured to span a width of the opening. The lintel includes a single spanning member having a top edge, a bottom edge, and a side face extending between the top and bottom edge. Supports are disposed at longitudinal ends of the single plate member. A stiffener is attached to the lintel for reinforcing the lintel. The stiffener extends in opposed relation to the side face along at least a portion of the side face.

The high-strength partition top anchor is a dynamic anchor that provides resistance to wall and deck separation during periods of high lateral forces. The partition top anchor is set within a slip tube embedded within the upper most portion of a partition or masonry wall and interconnected with a channel affixed to an overlying slab or deck structure.
