The invention concerns an inverter housing () with at least two housing parts (), which can be detachably connected to one another by way of fastening elements (), with a connection area (), and an operation area () provided on a housing part (). In accordance with the invention, an optoelectronic control unit () is provided for purposes of operation, with at least one reflection light sensor (), with in each case a light source () and in each case a light detector (), evaluation electronics (), and with an operating panel () for purposes of operating the reflection light sensor () as a result of the approach of an object (), wherein a light guide () is arranged connected to a housing part (), the other housing part () has a mounting () for a circuit board (), which contains the reflection light sensor () of the optoelectronic control unit (), and a signal light source () for the emission of light in the visible wavelength range is arranged such that the light emitted by the signal light source () can be projected via the light guide () onto the operating panel (), wherein the connection area () is arranged below the operation area ().

Inverter housing

An inverter for converting DC voltage into AC voltage, in particular a photovoltaic inverter for high power densities, in particular 250 W/dmto 500 W/dmpower densities, has at least one DC input, an AC output, a heat sink, a printed circuit board, a DC disconnector, a DC-DC converter, an intermediate circuit, a DC-AC converter and a housing with a front cover and a basic shell. The electrical components of the DC-DC converter, intermediate circuit and DC-AC converter are combined into subassemblies. At least the DC disconnector and the subassemblies of the DC-DC converter, intermediate circuit and DC-AC converter are directly arranged on the circuit board in a U-shaped manner corresponding to the energy flow direction from DC input to AC output. The circuit board is arranged with the component side facing the base () of the basic housing shell and with the opposite side on the heat sink.

A heat sink for cooling electronic power components arranged in a housing includes a cooling element having cooling fins arranged on a base surface, and a fan for intake of ambient air and for delivering the ambient air via the cooling fins of the cooling element, the cooling element having a recess, in which the fan is arranged spaced apart from the base surface. The fan includes a housing ring on the side facing away from the base surface of the cooling element, an intermediate space being formed between the bottom edge of the housing ring and the base surface of the cooling element. The fan is an axial fan, so that the ambient air taken in impinges upon the base surface of the cooling element, is deflected by essentially 90 degrees and guided through the intermediate space laterally between the cooling fins to the outside.
