A lawn sweeper including a housing may have a plurality of first markings, a brush height adjustment assembly including an arm moveable between a setting orientation and a sweeping orientation and a gauge connected to the arm including a plurality of second markings that corresponds with the first markings such that when the arm is disposed in the setting orientation a grass height associated with one of the second markings determines an adjustment of the brush height assembly to the sweeping orientation to one of the first markings that corresponds with the one of the second markings.

The present disclosure relates to a lawn sweeper designed to collect debris, such as grass clippings and leaves, from a surface such as a lawn, and more particularly to a lawn sweeper with a tilt-able hopper frame and hopper bag that includes a handle such that an operator may tilt the hopper frame and hopper bag, using the handle, to empty the hopper bag contents. The hopper bag and hopper frame are connected to a lawn sweeper unit using a hopper rod which is inserted into two slots at the ends of two hopper support bars and secured within the slots by two corresponding latch plates, one latch plate at each end of the two hopper support bars. The latching mechanism allows the hopper frame and hopper bag to be easily removed from the lawn sweeper unit for storage.

Lawn sweeper assembly with tilt-able hopper and latch assembly and method of use thereof

A control mechanism for a lawn spreader controls output flow of granular material out of the spreader hopper by adjusting the position of a control cable anchor point. The control mechanism includes a clamping portion for clamping to a tubular handle of the spreader. A top surface of the clamp portion, adjacent to the handle, provides a slide for a slideable cable anchor shuttle, which internally provides the anchor point for a control cable. The shuttle may be made from a plastic material. A dial housed within a dial housing, adjacent to the slide portion of the clamp, may be rotated to various indicated positions which in turn controls the position of the shuttle on the metal slide portion of the clamp, thereby adjusting the position of the control cable anchor point. The control cable extends from the end of the shuttle anchor mechanism to a hopper spring-loaded aperture cover.

A multipurpose rear grooming assembly for a lawn garden vehicle, and more specifically, to a rear grooming assembly capable of use as a spike aerator, a plug aerator, a dethatcher, or even a roller where the grooming assembly also serves as storage for two or more implements. The grooming assembly includes a universal frame with implements when in the operating position and to accommodate more than one of the plurality of lawn-grooming implements, much like a protective rack, when the universal frame is oriented vertically in a storage configuration.

Each tine mounting assembly includes a pair of separately formed tabs and an aperture. Each tab includes a projecting portion and a covering portion to define a pocket. A tine is operatively coupled to each of the tine mounting assemblies and includes a pair of arms extending from opposite sides of a backbone so that each arm engages one of the pockets and is secured therein when the covering portion of tabs is moved from a first operative position to a second operative position.
