A minimum grip drive sprocket. A sprocket having a knurled chain engagement surface rotably engages a drive chain typically in an environment exposed to a slick or lubricating medium allowing an acceptable degree of drive chain slip while maintaining rotation of the minimum grip drive socket.

A combination parts washer for cleaning mechanical parts of oil, grease and contaminants. The washer has a cabinet which has two reservoirs. A parts receptacle in the one of the reservoirs receives the parts which are cleaned by ultrasonic waves. An operable sink for manual cleaning is positioned on the top of the cabinet and opens to access the cabinet and reservoir. Fluid from the sink drains to the first reservoir. In the closed position, the sink covers the top of the cabinet and may be used as a sink washer using the attached brush supplied by fluid from the first reservoir. Initial pre-cleaning may be performed in the sink using the brush. Subsequent precision cleaning may be accomplished by immersion and ultrasonic cleaning in the second reservoir.

A combination sink and jet parts washer for cleaning mechanical parts of oil, grease and contaminants. The washer has a cabinet which has a jet cleaning section and a reservoir. A parts receptacle in the jet cleaning section receives the parts which are cleaned by a spray from a spray manifold. The manifold is connected to a fluid pump which has its inlet communicating with the reservoir. A sink is positioned on the top of the cabinet and opens to access the jet washer and reservoir. In the closed position, the sink covers the top of the cabinet and may be used as a sink washer using the attached brush. In a preferred embodiment, the sink is hinged to the cabinet but may be a lift-off sink or may be on a track. The jet parts washer provides convenience, economy and the features of a sink and jet washer in a single, compact, mobile unit.

Combination parts jet washer and sink washer

A parts cleaner for removing oil, grease and contaminants from parts or items. The cleaner has a sink supported on a base. A modular housing containing a reservoir is removably positioned below the sink and includes a pump and electrical components. The pump is connected to a dispensing apparatus at the sink for delivery of cleaning solution. The sink drain communicates with the reservoir via a flexible line. The modular housing may be removed for servicing and servicing may be accomplished by replacing the removed modular housing with another previously serviced unit so the removed unit may be conveniently and environmentally safely serviced at a remote central servicing location.
