A surgical device has a shaft including a proximal portion and a distal portion being disposable with a surgical robot guide to engage vertebral tissue. The proximal portion defines a detectable marker and is connectable with at least one surgical instrument for manipulating the vertebral tissue. Systems, surgical instruments, spinal implants, constructs and methods are disclosed.

Surgical implant system and methods of use

Disclosed herein are systems and methods for graft delivery with accurate dispensing. For example, a device for delivering graft material to a target site includes an actuation mechanism and a tube. The tube defines a lumen and an open end and is configured to receive graft material through the open end. The tube includes a pressure relief opening and a dosage window. The pressure relief opening is disposed in a wall of the tube, defining a pressure chamber between the open end and the pressure relief opening. The device further includes a plunger positioned within the lumen of the tube and coupled to the actuation mechanism such that at least a portion of the plunger (or the actuation mechanism) is visible through the dosage window. The actuation mechanism is configured to advance the plunger toward the open end to deliver graft material through the open end.

Graft delivery device with accurate dispensing

A surgical instrument comprises a member being engageable to a spinal implant configured for connection to a bone fastener shaft. An actuator is connected to the member. A latch is connected to the actuator and the connection is configured to change between at least one non-locked orientation such that the actuator is movable relative to the member and a locked orientation such that the actuator is fixed relative to the member. Systems, spinal constructs, implants and methods are disclosed.
