A method is disclosed wherein an analog message signal is received with a finite length. An analog key signal is also received having a finite length at least as long as the analog message signal. An encryption carrier is generated and then an encryption operation initiated to encrypt the analog message. First, the encryption carrier is modulated with the analog key signal, generating an encryption dynamic carrier. Then, the analog message signal is mixed with the encryption dynamic carrier, with the mixing process initiated at an initial key starting point of the analog key signal and an initial message starting point. An encrypted message signal is output from the mixing process, which encrypted message signal has a starting point that coincides with both the message starting point and the key starting point and an encrypted message end point coinciding with the encrypted message signal end point.

Signal protection and retrieval by non-linear analog modulation

A unitary apparatus for isolating cells from adipose tissue including a lipid separation processor with a dispersing head equipped with a plurality of ports and a digestion chamber for dissociation of the constituent cells disposed in adipose tissue. The lipid separating apparatus is useful for the separation of lipids and adipocytes from a mixed cell population. A cell seeding chamber may be attached to the cell isolation apparatus. The components of the apparatus may be packaged in modular kit form.

Methods and apparatus for enhanced recovery of cells and of cell-enriched matrix from tissue samples

Apparatus and methods are described for generating autologous tissue grafts, the apparatus including a point of care SVF isolation unit that includes a tissue digestion chamber in fluid communication with a lipid separating chamber, whereby SVF cells are isolated without centrifugation; and a cell seeding chamber in fluid communication with the SVF isolation unit, said cell seeding chamber adapted to support a cell scaffold. Methods and materials for cell seeding, including through the provision of micro rough scaffold surfaces, are also provided.

Biomatrix composition and methods of biomatrix seeding

A pulse generation and tracking system for connection to an object or a subject under treatment therewith, the waveform being a train of repetitive complex pulses each pulse comprising a large amplitude, short duration positive polarity portion and a small amplitude, long duration negative polarity portion, and a zero value portion. The prescribed pulse train for a subject is delivered by a delivery device, which also provides monitoring of the averaged voltage amplitude of the positive portion in terms of either voltage or current value. The impedance of the subject is expected to change over time and cause the individual pulses to vary from predetermined limits. When this occurs, then a subsequent generation of pulses will be changed so that the pulses are again delivered within the predetermined value limits or boundary. Tracking and generation can be operationally crossed, if desired, so that a voltage out of boundary will cause the current of a subsequent pulse to be changed or vice versa.

Pulse generation, parameter determination, and modification system

A regularly repetitive, almost periodic but non-regularly shaped waveform is amplitude sampled at an interval different from that of the waveform under investigation. For a voltage measurement, the positive samples are averaged for a predetermined count number (one set) and the negative samples are likewise averaged. Zero value samples are ignored. The highest absolute value of the two is taken as a meaningful measurement. Alternatively, one of these values can be selected. For a current measurement, a running average for a predetermined number of sets can also be developed. Finally, frequency can be developed by sensing the transitions and operating a counter on/off at the beginning and ending of a waveform cycle. The count of regular interval counts is then multiplied by the interval time to give the period of the waveform. The reciprocal of the period is a measure of the frequency.
