An environmental control assembly for controlling at least one environmental condition of one or more substances, the one or more substances being uncontained or contained within a substance container, the assembly comprising a first enclosure comprising a thermal insulator configured to provide a thermal shield to the substance, a second enclosure comprising at least one deformable environmental control material configured to regulate at least one environmental condition of the substance, wherein the second enclosure at least partially physically contacts with at least one of the substance and the substance container, and a housing at least partially comprising the first enclosure and the second enclosure.

Devices, systems and methods for controlling environmental conditions of substances

An apparatus, comprising an environmental control element configured to control at least one environmental condition of a substance contained within a chamber, the environmental control element includes a thermal insulator configured to provide a thermal shield to the substance and a phase change material (PCM) configured to thermally regulate at least one environmental condition. The environmental control element is configured to control the environmental condition without use of an external power source, and the PCM is configured to return to its solid phase without user intervention.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to devices, systems, and methods for controlling environmental conditions for a volume of material. In some embodiments, a handheld, portable environmental control sleeve (ECS) is disclosed which is configured for controlling at least one environmental condition of a drug contained within a drug delivery or storage device (DDSD). The ECS includes an environmental control mechanism (ECM), thermal insulation material, at least one of a power source, a processor, at least one electrical contact, at least one indicator, at least one switch, at least one environmental condition sensor, a wireless transceiver, a phase change material and at least one heat dissipater. Upon the ECS receiving at least a portion of the DDSD, the at least one environmental condition of a drug contained within the DDSD is controlled by the ECM to be within a predetermined range.

Devices, systems and methods for controlling conditions and delivery of substances

Embodiments of the present disclosure present systems, methods and devices related to the tracking of drugs injected by injection devices. For example, in some embodiments, a drug dispensing-tracking device for use in combination with a drug-injection device is provided, where the device comprises a sleeve configured to connect with at least one mechanical feature provided on the injection device, a battery, at least one sensor, an electrical circuit for analog or digital short range communication, and a transmission element. In some embodiments, for each injection, the sensor is configured to automatically detect at least one of an auditory signal, movement, and optical signal, and an auditory signal is generated by at least one of the setting of the injection device for dispensing a drug, the dispensing action of the injection device, and the flow of the drug out of the injection device.

A device and method for delivering a therapeutic substance to the body of a mammal may include a pump adapter, a pump, and an infusion set having a distal connector and a proximal connector. The proximal connector and the pump adapter have connecting electrical contacts which can be connected to one another in a single action when the proximal connector and pump are being secured to the pump adapter. Drug delivery system

A method and a device for a delivery of a chemical substance to the body of the patient are provided. The device includes an infusion catheter configured to be inserted into a tissue, a catheter securing element configured to be adhered to the skin of the patient and further configured to secure the infusion catheter to the skin, a drug delivery pump configured to infuse a drug into the infusion catheter for delivery to a drug infused region on the body of the patient, and a treatment element configured to apply a treatment to the drug infused region to improve pharmacodynamics of the drug during a period of delivery of the drug to the patient.
