A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller of a torque-transmission transmitter includes a pulley, a bearing, a spacer supporting the bearing and provided with a through bore, and a securing bolt extending into the bore in the spacer. The device further provides at least one means for captively securing the securing bolt relative to the spacer, the captive-securing means being breakable and inserted between the bolt and the spacer.

Pulley device for tensioner roller or winding roller

A pulley device for a belt that includes an eccentric adjusting member fixed on a support, an eccentric hub rotatably mounted on the eccentric adjusting member, a torsion spring between the eccentric adjusting member and hub to exert a biasing force, and a pulley rotatably mounted on the hub. The hub provides an upper radial surface and the eccentric adjusting member provides a radially outwardly projecting flange formed at an upper end of the eccentric adjusting member and forming an axial abutment for the upper radial surface. The upper radial surface provides a pair of axially projected stops formed integrally within, each stop being dedicated to come into abutment against a corresponding stop provided by the radially outwardly projecting flange of the eccentric adjusting member. The hub further provides engaging means adapted to cooperate with an external tool, the engaging means circumferentially located between the projected stops of the hub.

The tension roller device provides a support shaft, a securing plate that is fixed on the support shaft, an eccentric hub that is free to rotate relative to the shaft, and a spring that is arranged axially between the eccentric hub and the securing plate. The support shaft includes a stop surface, against which the securing plate is axially supported, and which is delimited radially on the outer side by a circular outer edge. At least one opening is formed in the securing plate, in order to delimit a tongue for radial centering of the spring. The opening is situated radially on the outer side relative to the circular outer edge of the stop surface of the support shaft.

Tension roller device

A pulley device for a tensioner roller provides a pulley, a bearing, a spacer supporting the bearing. The spacer is provided with a through bore, and a securing bolt extending to the inside of the bore in the spacer. The device includes at least one means for the temporary locking of the securing bolt in relation to the spacer, the temporary locking means being separable and inserted between the bolt and the spacer. A pulley device for a winding roller is also provided.

The invention relates to a pulley device for tensioner or idler for a belt or a chain having a pulley, a bearing, a spacer supporting the bearing and including a through bore, a fastening screw extending in the bore, and an axial retention member for the screw, the axial retention member being fixed to the spacer and providing a retention member that cooperates with the screw.

Pulley device for tensioner or idler

A pulley intended to be mounted around a rolling bearing and having an inner web for connecting to an outer race of the rolling bearing, an outer web for connecting to a flexible force-transmitting element, and radial connecting ribs between the outer web and the inner web. The ribs are distributed in several groups, each group providing at least three successive ribs, which form several pairs of adjacent ribs, the midplanes of which are separated two by two at a regular angle, and the angle between the midplanes of two adjacent ribs in one and the same group varies, between two adjacent groups, by at least 5% with respect to the smaller of the two angles.

A pulley assembly comprising an inner ring, an outer ring, at least one row of rolling elements between the inner and outer rings, a pulley rotationally secured with the outer ring, having an outer radial surface for engagement with a chain or belt, a screw comprising a head and a stem radially housed inside the inner ring and having an outer peripheral groove, a mounting support element having a receiving bore or housing for receiving the screw head and an axial retaining member retaining the screw stem within the receiving housing, the member being engaged in the outer groove of the screw stem. The mounting support element includes a cavity that emerges in the receiving bore. When the screw is installed within the receiving bore, the outer groove is axially across from the mounting support element cavity and the axial retaining element is engaged in the mounting support element cavity.

Pulley device for chain or belt

The inventive pulley device for one of a chain and belt provides an inner ring, an outer ring, at least one row of rolling elements mounted in a rolling chamber defined between the inner ring and the outer ring, a pulley secured in rotation with the outer ring and provided with an outer radial surface for engagement with one of a chain and a belt. A screw for mounting on a support is housed radially inside the inner ring and a mounting support element is provided with a passage opening for the screw. The opening is tapped, with a complementary tapping of a thread arranged on the screw, the screw is provided with a groove, offset relative to the thread along a longitudinal axis (X40) of the screw and in which the tapping of the opening is received.

Pulley device for a chain or belt and motor vehicle equipped with such a device

A tension roller or reel device for a torque transmission element. The device comprises at least one bearing having one inner race, one outer race and at least one row of rolling elements between the inner race and the outer race, a pulley on top of the outer race, and a retaining screw inserted into a central bore of the inner race. The bore of the inner race is provided with a circumferential cavity in which a retaining ring is fitted securely and integrally, the retaining ring comprising an interaction feature providing interaction with the screw so as to allow an axial immobilization of the screw in relation to the bearing.

Idler or roller device

The invention relates to a tensioning device comprising a back plate, on which is installed a tensioning roller provided with at least one bearing. The tensioning roller is installed on the back plate with the possibility of rotation about an eccentric axis (X) in relation to the axis (X) of the tensioning roller. The tensioning roller is provided with a protuberance engaged in a peripheral recess of the back plate, this peripheral recess limiting the movement of the protuberance between two abutments.

The present invention relates to a mechanical system with a one-way clutch, for example a pulley for a motor vehicle alternator, comprising a first element and a second element which are able to move one with respect to the other in rotation about a central axis and delimit an annular housing radially to the central axis, a one-way clutch device arranged in the annular housing, and at least one rolling bearing arranged in the annular housing. The mechanical system is characterized in that the rolling bearing is an angular-contact bearing and comprises at least one pressed ring comprising means of attachment of the rolling bearing to the first element or the second element. The invention also relates to an alternator comprising such a mechanical system configured as a pulley with a one-way clutch.

A mechanical system with a one-way clutch, such as a motor vehicle alternator pulley, includes an outer first ring and an inner second ring able to move relative to one another in rotation about a central axis and delimit between them, radially with respect to this central axis, an annular housing. The mechanical system includes a free-wheel mechanism having members arranged in the annular housing, and at least one rolling bearing providing rollers arranged in the annular housing. The first and second rings are common to the free-wheel mechanism and to the rolling bearing. The members of the free-wheel mechanism are cams in contact with a first race formed by the first ring and a second race formed by the second ring. The first and second races are circular, centered on the axis of rotation and have no ramp.
