The disclosure provides systems and methods for tracking luggage. Luggage is tracked by associating the luggage with a user account during a loading action and during an unloading action. The system further includes systems and methods for retrieving lost luggage.

A system comprises an input interface to receive input indicating a question, a communication module to establish a communication link with an access network, wherein the communication link provides connectivity to one or more packet data networks (PDNs) via the access network, and a computer coupled to the input interface and the communication module, the computer including a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to execute an information retrieval procedure including accessing an open-domain context search space of the one or more PDNs and retrieving, from among a plurality of contexts of the open-domain context search space, a plurality of candidate contexts for answering the question using a question-answering model for open-domain question answering, identify a set of non-answering contexts among the plurality of candidate contexts, wherein each of the set of non-answering contexts is a respective context for which the question-answering model predicts the question to be unanswerable, determine an open-domain unanswerability score for the question based on respective relevance scores for the set of non-answering contexts, determine an open-domain result for the question based on the open-domain unanswerability score for the question, and output result information indicating the open-domain result for the question.

The present disclosure relates to optimized recharging of autonomous vehicle. A device may request permission to recharge a vehicle during a trip. The device may receive, for a geographical zone, a first location associated with a first recharging station and a second location associated with a second recharging station. The device may generate a first driving route from a pick-up location with a stop at the first recharging station, and a second driving route from the pick-up location with a stop at the second recharging station. The device may assign a first value to the first driving route and a second value to the second driving route by way of an objective cost function. The device may generate driving directions corresponding to the first driving route.

Vehicle damage identification and incident management systems and methods are provided herein. An example method can include determining occurrence of a damage event for a first vehicle based on a vehicle sensor signal, determining a location on the first vehicle where damage has occurred using the vehicle sensor signal, activating a camera on a side of the first vehicle corresponding with, or adjacent to, the location on the first vehicle where damage has occurred, determining, from camera images, identifying information related to an object captured in the camera images, and transmitting a message to a recipient that includes the identifying information.

Exemplary embodiments described in this disclosure are generally directed to systems and methods for receiving a ride request from a user of a user device and utilizing an imaging system located in a vehicle of a ride service to capture an image of a seating area of the vehicle. The image is processed by a processor to identify a seat occupancy status and generate a seat availability diagram based on the seat occupancy status. The seat availability diagram is transmitted to the user device, and the user is prompted to either select a seat by using the seat availability diagram or to allow the system to assign any seat in the vehicle. If a seat selection is made, the system responds by reserving the selected seat and may further provide instructions to the user for entering the vehicle through a specific door located closest to the selected seat.
