A compressor module for a refrigerant circuit of a motor vehicle air-conditioning system, exhibiting a modular multi-part housing with a low-pressure refrigerant inlet, a high-pressure refrigerant outlet and a compressor, characterized in that an inner heat exchanger of the refrigerant circuit is produced such that it is integrated into the compressor module, wherein the housing of the compressor module fully encloses the inner heat exchanger.

Compressor module

A device for compression of a gaseous fluid, in particular of a refrigerant. The device comprises a housing with a suction pressure chamber and a high pressure chamber, a compression mechanism as well as a configuration developed in the proximity of the high pressure chamber, for the separation of a control mass flow from a fluid-lubricant mixture for the control of the compression mechanism. The configuration is developed and disposed with a first flow duct for diverting a main mass flow of the compressed fluid-lubricant mixture from the device and a second flow duct for conducting the control mass flow within the device to the suction pressure chamber in such manner as to separate a mass flow of the gaseous fluid as a control mass flow. A method for the separation of a control mass flow is also provided.

The coolant circuit is implemented with at least one heat exchanger for heat exchange with a drive component.

Internal heat exchanger

A heating heat exchanger in a coolant circuit for motor vehicles is provided whereby the air to be heated can be additionally heated by a refrigerant circuit, operable as heat pump or short circuit, for additional heating. A gas cooler/condenser for the additional heating operation and a functionally separated evaporator for the cooling plant operation of the refrigerant circuit are provided. The heat exchanger surfaces of the gas cooler/condenser for the additional heating operation are integrated into the heating heat exchanger and an additional heating operation the air to be heated is simultaneously heated by the heating heat exchanger and the gas cooler/condenser.

Pressure-regulating valve

The invention relates to a switch valve for the exhaust gases of an internal combustion engine. The switch valve includes a housing part in which an inlet and a first outlet and a second outlet are formed. A directional control member in the form of a swinging flap is located within the housing part and either the first outlet or the second outlet may selectively be closed, as a result of which the respective other outlet is in connection with the inlet. In order to minimize the production effort while achieving a simple structural design and high efficiency, it is proposed that an encircling rim, for establishing sealing contact with the flap, is formed in the interior of the housing part in the transitional region between the inlet and each of the outlets, each rim defining a stop plane for the flap.

Switch valve for the exhaust gases of an internal combustion engine

An exhaust-gas heat recovery appliance having a heat-exchanger line and a bypass line and a heat exchanger being arranged in the region of the heat-exchanger line. At least one valve device, for the purpose of influencing the mass flow of exhaust gas, is provided in the heat-exchanger line and the bypass line.
