The invention relates to a medical injection device comprising a container body () and a stopper () in gliding engagement within the container body () for expelling a fluid () through an opening of said container body (), wherein: &#x2014;at least the distal portion () of the stopper () that is in contact with the fluid () is made of a thermoplastic polyolefin, &#x2014;the stopper () further comprises at least one O-ring (') maintained in at least one peripheral groove (&#x2032;), &#x2014;said O-ring (&#x2032;) is made of a butyl-type rubber; and &#x2014;the cross-section of said peripheral groove (&#x2032;) is designed so as to compress both axially and radially the O-ring () when said O-ring () is engaged in the peripheral groove () between the stopper () and the inner wall () of the container body ().

Medical injection device

A tray for holding medical containers, including a plurality of elongated parallel cavities that are intended to receive at least one container is disclosed. Each of the cavities includes a first set of contact surfaces for holding the at least one container, and each of the cavities includes a second set of contact surfaces for holding the at least one container when provided with a cap. The first set of contact surfaces and the second set of contact surfaces are arranged such that the at least one capped container is held in the cavity in a reverse orientation with respect to the at least one container when provided without a cap. A packaging for medial containers and a method for packaging medical containers are also provided herein.

The present invention relates to a sealing device for a container having an opening and an outer projection, including: a septum for closing said opening, a cap having a retainer capable of switching from a first position, in which the retainer does not limit the axial movement of said cap with respect to said container, to a second position, in which the retainer limits the axial movement of the cap, and a sleeve receiving said cap and movable axially with respect to said cap between a distal position, in which said sleeve does not exert a radial inward force on said retainer, and a proximal position, in which said sleeve exerts a radial inward force on said retainer. The sleeve includes a guiding element capable of cooperating directly or indirectly with said outer projection, so as to limit rotation of said sleeve.

Sealing device for a container

The present invention relates to a prefillable drug delivery device having a housing receiving a needle hub which is movable with respect to said needle hub between a retracted position and a protection position. The device also includes a tubular barrel intended to receive a drug that is pre-mountable on said housing so that said needle hub closes its distal end. The device further includes a sealing member actionable once said tubular barrel is pre-assembled on said housing, capable of transitioning from an inactive state where no sealing contact is present between said needle hub and said tubular barrel, to an active state, in which sealing contact is performed. In the active state of said sealing member, said tubular barrel is movable in translation with respect to said needle hub between a proximal position and a distal position, for realizing delivery of the drug.

Prefillable drug delivery device

The invention relates to a sleeve for an injection device comprising a container having an outer flange, said sleeve being provided with one inner radial projection intended to prevent the proximal movement of said outer flange with respect to said sleeve once said container is received within said sleeve, said sleeve being further provided with one inner longitudinal projection extending distally from said inner radial projection and intended to limit the radial movement of said outer flange, said inner radial projection and inner longitudinal projection being provided on a longitudinal leg connected to said sleeve by a deformable bridge allowing radial deflection of said longitudinal leg outwardly when a distal pressure is exerted on said inner radial projection, and inwardly when a proximal pressure is exerted on said inner radial projection. The invention also pertains to an injection device comprising such a sleeve.

The present invention relates to a device for automatic injection including a container, a piston and a piston rod coupled to the piston during the injection. A biasing element is provided for causing distal movement of the piston rod with respect to the container, with a housing receiving the container, the piston rod and the biasing element. The device further including a controlling arrangement for producing an audible indicator at the end of injection.

A device comprising a body, a sleeve mobile in relation to the body, and a lock enabling locking of the sleeve in a protective position; the sleeve can be moved between a non-protective position, in which an injection member is exposed, and the protective position; the lock comprising at least one flexible proximal leg. According to the invention, the at least one leg comprises at least one bearing surface and the device comprises at least one corresponding bearing surface, these respective bearing surfaces being able to bear against each other when a stress is exerted on the sleeve in a direction tending to return the sleeve toward the non-protective position.
