A system for fastening a seat in a rail includes a base and a retainer including clamping jaws blocking the system in position in the rail by pinching of the rail between the base and the clamping jaws. The retainer is movable relative to the base between a separated first position and a close second position using a maneuvering and clamping system that is able to be actuated between an unlocked position and a locked position. The maneuvering and clamping system includes a tightening screw for tightening the retainer on the base and a part carried by the retainer and movable between a retracted position and an active position in which the part is inserted between a head of the tightening screw and the retainer.

A system for securing a seat, in particular in an aircraft, in a rail, in particular a rail of the aircraft, the system including a base, and clamping and locking jaws for clamping and locking the system into position in the rail, by gripping the rail between the base and the clamping and locking jaws, the clamping and locking jaws being movable relative to the base between a first drawn-apart position for mounting/dismounting of the system in/from the rail and a second drawn-together position for locking the system, by clamping around the rail, by use of an actuator that is operable by a mounting/dismounting operator between an unlocking position and a locking position of the system, wherein hard spot crossing is provided between the base and the clamping and locking jaws, the hard spot crossing maintaining the clamping and locking jaws in their first drawn-apart position for mounting/dismounting the system.

A system including a base provided with the means in the form of clamping and locking jaws for clamping and locking of the system into position in the rail, the means in the form of clamping jaws being movable between a first position and a second position by making use of maneuvering means that are operable by an operator between an unlocking position and a locking position, wherein the maneuvering means includes a clamping screw engaged in a hole and adapted so as to cooperate with a threaded hole and in that it has a smooth section in order to allow the screwing thereof into the threaded hole only when the base and the means in the form of clamping jaws are in the correct position of fastening in the rail.

A fixation device for an aircraft seat includes a base including an attachment for attaching the base on the rail of the aircraft. The attachment is movable according to a retracted assembly/disassembly position and active attachment position of the seat. The fixation device also includes a maneuvering lever for moving the attachment. The maneuvering lever is movable according to a retracted assembly/disassembly position and active position-blocking position of the attachment. The maneuvering lever includes a device for locking in the active blocking position. The maneuvering lever is associated with a toggle joint for crossing a hard point comprising articulation yoke for connecting rods articulated on the base. At least one of the connecting rods is associated with the attachment.
