A hydraulic unit, in particular a hydraulic unit for a slip-controllable vehicle brake system, includes a housing block, a pump, and a damping device. The pump has an intake side and a delivery side. The housing block has a pump receptacle that holds the pump, a first fluid duct that intersects the pump receptacle in a region of the delivery side of the pump, and a second fluid duct opening into the pump receptacle in the region of the delivery side of the pump, and a first separation point that seals off the first fluid duct from the second fluid duct. The damping device damps pulsations and reduces operating noise of the hydraulic unit without (i) having a detrimental effect on functional characteristics of the unit, in particular on pressure build-up dynamics of the vehicle brake system, or without (ii) jeopardizing a compact construction of the hydraulic unit.

Hydraulic unit

A hydraulic unit, in particular for a controllable-slip vehicle brake system, includes a housing block, a pump, a first fluid duct, and a second fluid duct. The housing block defines a pump receptacle that receives the pump, which has a suction side and a pressure side. The first duct crosses the pump receptacle in a region of the pressure side of the pump. The second duct leads into the pump receptacle in the region of the pressure side. The first and second ducts are sealed off from each over via a separation point. The hydraulic unit is configured to enable contact with a damping device configured to damp pulsations and reduce operating noise of the hydraulic unit without negatively impacting functional properties of the hydraulic unit, in particular on pressure build-up dynamics of the vehicle brake system, or without jeopardizing a compact construction of the hydraulic unit.

A discharge valve for a hydraulic pump of a hydraulic unit defines a valve port, and includes a valve body and a receiving element. The valve body is configured to seal off the valve port. The receiving element adjoins the valve port, and defines a cavity configured to receive the valve body. The cavity has a longitudinal axis and an inner wall with a radially outwardly oriented pocket configured to receive the valve body.

An arrangement for throttling a fluid flow includes a throttle element arranged so as to influence a flow cross section in a fluid duct. The throttle element has a resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body which is arranged with a top side and a bottom side between at least two supports in the fluid duct. The body is arranged in such a way that the flow cross section can be variably adjusted as a function of a pressure difference between the top side and the bottom side of the resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body. At least one support bears against the top side of the resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body, and at least one support bears against the bottom side of the resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body.

Arrangement for throttling a fluid flow, and corresponding piston pump for delivering fluids

A spring element includes a disc-shaped basic body, in which at least one spring bridge is inserted. The basic body has at least one dynamic throttle point to throttle a fluid flow. The basic body has a resilient configuration in a region of the at least one throttle point. Accordingly, an opening cross section of the at least one throttle point is configured to be set variably depending on a pressure difference.

Spring element and corresponding piston pump for delivering fluids

A device for throttling a fluid flow includes a basic body which has at least one throttle point with a predefinable opening cross section. The basic body has a resilient configuration at least in a region of the at least one throttle point. Accordingly, the opening cross section of the at least one throttle point is configured to be set in a variable manner as a function of a pressure difference.

The brake system has at least one brake circuit (I), in which a high-pressure pump is disposed. A self-aspirating charge pump is also provided, which is connected at least indirectly to the intake side of the high-pressure pump by an intake line of a supply container for brake fluid and by a pressure line. In the event of an inadequate supply of brake fluid by the charge pump, the pumping of air into the brake circuit (I) is intended to be precluded. To that end, a siphon is disposed in the intake line of the charge pump. Air aspirated by the siphon suddenly prevents pumping by the charge pump. The brake system is intended for use in motor vehicles with slip control or for automatic brakes.
