Relates to a reinforcing unit and a running gear system with a reinforcing unit, comprising a first shell element and a second shell element, wherein the first shell element and the second shell element each comprise an engagement region on the tube side and an engagement region on the link side, wherein the first shell element and the second shell element each comprise a flange portion, wherein between the flange portion of the first shell element and the flange portion of the second shell element a tensile force can be established, which presses the first and the second shell element against an axle tube in such a manner that the reinforcing unit can be non-positively fixed on the axle tube, wherein the engagement region on the link side can be brought into engagement with a link unit.

Reinforcing unit

A steering unit includes a guide unit and a support unit having a second fastening section fixed to a first fastening section of the guide unit and a load-bearing section accommodating a spring unit, a second plane is oriented orthogonally with respect to a width of the second fastening section, the load-bearing section is asymmetrical with respect to the second plane, the guide unit extends predominantly along a first plane, wherein, in an assembled state, the first plane is oriented to the second plane, wherein the first plane is oriented orthogonally with respect to a pivot axis of a pivotable mounting of the guide unit in a bearing section, wherein, in a mounted state, at least one fastening structure is arranged in the first plane, and wherein the first plane runs centrally through the bearing section of the guide unit.

Steering unit

The invention relates to a longitudinal control arm for connection of an axle tube to a vehicle frame, the longitudinal control arm extending along a longitudinal direction and comprising an arrangement section on a frame side and at least one arrangement section on an axle tube side, a centerline of the arrangement section on the axle tube side being offset by an offset from a centerline of the arrangement section on the frame side when seen at an angle to the longitudinal direction.

The invention relates to an axle mount for utility or commercial vehicles, comprising a carrier unit and a protective unit, wherein the carrier unit has a first fastening region for the fixing of a utility vehicle axle thereto and has, arranged adjacent to said fastening region, a receiving region for receiving chassis systems, and wherein the protective unit is arranged on the carrier unit such that the receiving region is enclosed transversely with respect to an axial direction by the carrier unit and by the protective unit, in such a way that the ingress of foreign bodies into the receiving region is prevented.

Axle mount for utility vehicles

The invention relates to an axle body, particularly for a commercial vehicle, wherein the body is configured substantially as an axle pipe, which comprises a center section and at least one receiving section connected thereto for receiving an axle guide, wherein the axle body in the center section has a substantially constant wall thickness, and wherein the axle body in the receiving section, at least in some regions, has a wall thickness that is greater than the wall thickness of the center section.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an axle component having the following steps: arranging a hollow semi-finished product such as a tube in a die for forming the axle component; introduction of fluid into the interior of the hollow semi-finished product; and loading of the fluid with high pressure, in order to deform the hollow semi-finished product in accordance with the die as a result.
