An adjustment fitting for a vehicle seat for adjusting an inclination of a backrest of the vehicle seat may have a first fitting part connectable to a seat substructure of the vehicle seat. The fitting may also have a second fitting part pivotable about an axis relative to the first fitting part and connectable to the backrest of the vehicle seat. The first fitting part and the second fitting part may be constituent parts both of a gearing unit of the adjustment fitting and of a locking unit of the adjustment fitting.

One fitting part () acts on the output (,) and the other fitting part () is supported on the frame (). A transmission element () is provided between the fitting part () which acts on the output (,) and the output (,). The transmission element () is torsionally rigid in the circumferential direction of the axis (A) and simultaneously flexible in the radial direction of the axis (A).

Drive device

A vehicle seat, in particular a utility vehicle seat, has a seat frame which can be pivoted by a pneumatic spring and which can be adjusted in terms of height. An adjuster () establishes the actual value of the height of the seat frame. The adjuster () has a cable roll () which is supported on a first portion of the seat frame so as to be able to be rotated about an axis (A), and a cable (), which can be at least partially wound on the cable roll (), unwound therefrom and is secured to a second portion of the seat frame that can be moved relative to the first portion, and which controls at least one control valve () of the pneumatic spring in accordance with a desired value of the height of the seat frame. A gear mechanism () creates an operational connection, in particular a gear connection, between the cable roll (), a desired value generator (), by which the desired value of the height of the seat frame can be adjusted, and a control device () which controls the at least one control valve ().

Vehicle seat, in particular utility vehicle seat

An adjuster for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, includes a drive, a gear stage () driven by the drive. The gear stage () includes a drive wheel () rotatable about a first rotational axis (A) and drive teeth () and a driven wheel () rotatable about a second rotational axis (A) and including driven teeth (). Driven wheel () meshes with the drive wheel () with a fluctuating gear ratio and at least one load bearing gear driven by the gear stage, in particular a geared fitting. The fitting parts thereof performing a relative rotation with a superimposed wobble motion. At least two drive teeth () and/or at least two driven teeth () in the circumferential direction of the associated rotational axis (A, A) have different dimensions and/or different spacings from the adjacent teeth, and/or in the axial direction of the associated rotational axis (A, A), different dimensions and/or different axial positions.

Adjuster for a vehicle seat

A drive device for a motor vehicle seat () has a mount (), a drive () which is mounted to the mount (), so as to be pivoted about a first axis (A), an output () which is mounted to the mount (), so as to be rotated about a second axis (B), and a transmission. The transmission transmits a driving pivot movement of the drive (), which moves the drive () from an initial position into a deflected position, to the output () and causes a rotating movement of the output (). At least one rolling body () is provided as the transmission. The rolling body (), in the initial position and during the driving pivot movement of the drive (), is in friction contact both with the drive () and simultaneously with the output () and rolls along same, and releases during the pivot movement back into the initial position.

Device for a motor vehicle seat

A gear stage (), in particular of a vehicle seat (), is embodied as a friction wheel gear stage. The gear stage includes a housing (), a drive (), an output () that is set off from the drive () by an excentricity (e) and at least one sphere () or another rolling body for the transmission of force between the drive () and the output (). The position of the excentricity (e) relative to the housing () is arranged in a spatially fixed manner.

Gear stage

In a gear train () for an actuator, in particular of a vehicle seat (), the gear train comprises a drive () that can be rotated about a rotational axis (A), at least one eccentric cam () that is driven by the drive (), a pinion () that is driven by the eccentric cam (), a gear ring (), which meshes with the pinion () and in relation to which the pinion () executes a rolling motion that defines a point of rolling contact (W), and a take-off drive () that taps the relative rolling motion. At least some sections of the material of the pinion () and/or the ring gear () in the vicinity of the point of rolling contact (W) are elastically deformable, in order to produce surface contact at the point of rolling contact (W).

Gear train for an actuator

A motor-driven actuator for a vehicle, in particular for a vehicle seat, is for being situated between two components of the vehicle or vehicle seat that can be displaced in relation to one another. The motor-driven actuator comprises a motor, at least one first gear stage that is located on the output side of the motor, a second gear stage that acts as a load-bearing gear and is located on the output side of the first gear stage, and at least one sealing element. The motor, gear stages and sealing element are integrated into the motor-driven actuator. The sealing element is adapted for being in a predetermined sealing configuration for protecting the motor and/or its electrical contact and/or at least one of the gear stages during manufacturing. The sealing element is adapted for not being in the predetermined sealing configuration when the motor-driven actuator is installed and ready to operate.

Motor-driven actuator for a vehicle seat

In the case of a gear stage () of an actuating drive, in particular for a vehicle seat, having a bearing () which defines an axis (A) and having an oscillatory body () which is mounted in a rotatable manner by the bearing (), defines a further axis (A) and, upon rotation of a driving mechanism (), executes a rolling movement on the bearing (), the axis (A) of the oscillatory body () is inclined obliquely at an angle (&#x3b1;) relative to the axis (A) of the bearing ().

Gear stage of an actuating drive

A gear step () for an actuator in a motor vehicle, in particular for a vehicle seat, comprises a housing () provided with a drive () mounted thereon in such a way that it is rotatable around an axis (A), and a driven output () rotatable about a second axis (B) differing from the axes (A). The drive () is used for receiving the driven output () by way of at least one rolling body (), so that the axes (A, B) are parallelly offset by an eccentricity (E) and the driven output is driven by rotating the thus obtained rolling eccentricity, wherein the driven output () carries out a tumbling rolling movement on the housing () by way of a friction oscillating gear ().

In an adjuster () for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having at least two components () forming a load-bearing gear, which are movable relative to each other by way of a drive unit (), wherein the drive unit () has a particularly electronically commutated motor () and a gear stage (), the drive unit () is integrated into the load-bearing gear, and the motor () has at least one rotor () borne in the load-bearing gear and rotating around an axis (A).

In a drive unit () of an adjuster () in a vehicle, having at least one particularly electronically commutated motor () and at least one gear stage () provided on the output side of the motor (), the gear stage () is designed as a differential gear, which by making use of two different speeds and/or directions of rotation causes a movement of an output () around an axis (A).
