A motor vehicle transmission with at least one sensor (), associated with the motor vehicle transmission, for picking up measurement signals at the motor vehicle transmission and transmitting them by a wireless unit to a transmission control unit () of the motor vehicle transmission. Arrangement for the non-contact measurement of torque

The present invention concerns a method and a device for machine diagnosis and, in particular, for transmission diagnosis in a machine or motor vehicle. The measurement system, according to the invention, comprises a coil () wound on a coil core (), on the surface of which ferritic wear particles () to be detected accumulate. Opposite the coil () a rotating toothed wheel () is arranged which influences the inductance of the coil (). The output signal of the coil () is pulsed with a constant amplitude, the pulse frequency depends on the rotation speed of the toothed wheel (). Deviations of the amplitude are attributable to the accumulation of ferritic wear particles () on the coil () and therefore provide a measurement of the condition of the machine or transmission.

Method and device for machine diagnosis, especially for transmission diagnosis

A method for machine diagnosis and, in particular, for transmission diagnosis of a machine or motor vehicle. The measurement system comprises a capturing magnet (), on the surface of which the ferritic wear particles () to be detected accumulate. A binary measurement signal is produced by a reed contact () arranged opposite the capturing magnet (). This measurement gives an indication of the condition of the machine or transmission.
