A pressure control valve for a high-pressure diesel pump of an injection device of a motor vehicle has a valve body and a piezo drive with a tappet securing the valve body in a closed position. The valve body in the closed position closes off a bore, containing a medium under pressure, relative to a pressure-relief bore. The piezo drive has at least one piezo element connected to the tappet. The piezo drive is mounted in a pump housing of the high-pressure diesel pump. A screw element receives the piezo drive and is used to screw the piezo drive into the mounting chamber of the pump housing.

Pressure control valve, especially for high pressure diesel pumps of injection devices of motor vehicles

A throttle valve for a high-pressure diesel pump of an injection device of a motor vehicle has at least one piston movable by a medium under pressure against a counter force and has at least one throttle location. A prestage valve in the form of a pressure control valve having a valve body is provided. The pressure control valve comprises a piezo drive. The piezo drive has at least one piezo element. A tappet is connected to the at least one piezo element. The tappet secures the valve body in a closing position. A bushing is provided in which the piston is slidably guided. The bushing has at least one annular groove into which at least one control bore opens.

Throttle valve especially for high-pressure diesel pumps of injection devices of motor vehicles

A proportional solenoid valve for a high-pressure diesel pump of a motor vehicle has a housing and a solenoid with an armature movable in the housing. A bushing is provided, and a piston is arranged in the bushing. The armature acts on the piston for moving the piston in the bushing as a function of a current supply to the solenoid. At least one component is positioned between the bushing and the housing and is deformable in an axial direction of the piston so as to allow an exact adjustment of the position of the piston relative to the bushing.

Proportional solenoid valve, preferably proportional throttle valve, especially for high pressure diesel pumps of motor vehicles

A solenoid valve has a housing having work, pressure, and tank connectors. An armature is movably arranged in the housing and cooperates with a coil. A slide is moveably arranged in the housing and has a hydraulic chamber connected to the work connector and connectable to the pressure connector. A plunger is positioned between the armature and the slide. The armature acts on the plunger which acts on the slide for moving the slide against a counter force. The plunger has a cross-section and the slide has a piston surface cooperating with the plunger, wherein the cross-section is smaller than the piston surface. In another embodiment, the slide has a first end, loaded by a supply pressure of the pressure connector, and a second end, loaded by a return pressure, so that the slide is hydraulically tensioned by the supply pressure and the return pressure.

Solenoid valve, in particular, a pressure control valve

A hydraulic control valve has a solenoid with a coil having an interior. The solenoid also has a pole shoe inserted partially into the interior of the coil, wherein the interior of the coil defines an armature chamber and wherein the pole shoe delimits the armature chamber axially. The solenoid also has an armature arranged in the armature chamber and moveable in the armature chamber relative to the coil. The solenoid further has an armature plunger connected to the armature, wherein the pole shoe has a central bore and wherein the armature plunger is received in the central bore and penetrates the pole shoe. A hydraulic part with a valve housing formed as a mounting bushing and resting against the pole shoe is provided. The valve housing has an axial valve bore. The hydraulic part also has a low pressure area surrounding the valve housing, wherein the valve housing has at least one radial bore connecting the axial valve bore with the low pressure area. The hydraulic part has a valve slide slidably arranged in the valve bore and configured to be moved by the armature via the armature plunger. Between the pole shoe and the valve housing a fluid chamber is formed, wherein the fluid chamber has a fluid connection with the armature chamber and with the low pressure area. The fluid connection is located external to the at least one radial bore.

Hydraulic valve, in particular, adjustable pressure control valve

An electromagnet for actuating valves includes a sheath-like magnet housing encompassing a pole core forming a one-sided closure of the housing. The housing is connected to the pole core by an annular groove in its periphery, by an O-ring accommodated in the groove as a sealing element and by an annular groove in the magnet housing. The magnet housing forms bearing surfaces joined in positive fit to the inner walls of the annular groove and a sealing surface located on the O-ring.

Electromagnet, specially for actuating valves

A hydraulic valve, especially for controlling a camshaft movement in a motor vehicle, is provided. A valve bushing is insertable from an end face thereof into the receiving bore of a housing. The valve bushing has an axially extending control bore into which a disk is pressed with press fit from the end face of the valve bushing. The valve bushing, on an exterior surface thereof and starting from the end face, is provided with a turned groove that is disposed remote from a pressure medium flow.
