The actuator unit comprises an electromagnetic circuit comprising an armature which moves in a translational manner, a core, a coil carrier, a coil configured to be energized, and a flux guiding device. The coil is arranged on the coil carrier. The valve unit comprises a valve housing comprising a transverse bore which serves as a first control chamber pressure port, a regulating slide mounted in the valve housing, the regulating slide being configured to move axially, a first outlet port, an inlet port, and a second control chamber pressure port arranged between the inlet port and the first outlet port.

Valve device for a hydraulic circuit and oil pump regulating arrangement

A valve device for a hydraulic circuit includes an actuator unit comprising an electromagnetic circuit which comprises an armature, a core, a coil carrier, a coil, and a flux guiding device. A valve unit comprises a unit formed by a valve tappet and the armature, inlet and outlet ports, and a control port arranged between the inlet and outlet ports. A longitudinal through bore is arranged in the unit to extend from the inlet port into an actuator chamber. A first control body cooperating with a first valve seat and a second control body cooperating with a second valve seat are arranged at the unit in which the longitudinal through bore is formed. The armature and the valve tappet are loaded in an opening direction of the inlet valve by a spring element and are loadable in an opening direction of the outlet port by energizing the electromagnetic circuit.

Valve device for a hydraulic circuit and oil pump control apparatus

A valve device for a hydraulic circuit includes an actuator unit, a valve unit and an opening. The actuator unit comprises an electromagnetic circuit comprising a movable armature, a core, a coil configured to be supplied with a current and a flux guiding means, and a space arranged in a valve interior between the armature and the core. The valve unit comprises an outlet, an inlet arranged between the outlet and the space in the valve interior, a valve seat arranged between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve closing body connected with the armature. The valve closing body is spring-loaded towards the valve seat. The opening is arranged at an end of the valve unit opposite to the space. The opening comprises a valve tappet arranged therein. The valve tappet is pressure-loaded and displaceable counter to the valve closing body in an opening direction.

Valve device for a hydraulic circuit, and oil-pump regulating arrangement

A fluid pressure reversing valve includes a housing, a coil carrier, a coil wound on the coil carrier, a bearing, an armature axially displaceable in the bearing, a core, a flux guiding device, a first connection bore, a control chamber, a first valve seat. A connection sleeve comprises a second connection bore, a first valve seat for a valve element of the armature, and a second valve seat for the valve element of the armature. The connection sleeve communicates with a fluid to be controlled. A third connection bore is connected with the control chamber. A valve element abuts against the first valve seat in a first position so as to form a connection between the first connection bore and the third connection bore, and against the second valve seat in a second position so as to form a connection between the third connection bore and the second connection bore.

Fluid pressure reversing valve

A solenoid valve includes a housing within which is arranged a coil wound onto a coil former, an armature, a core, and a multiple-part return path arrangement, which together form an electromagnetic circuit. The armature is configured to be movable and to act at least indirectly on a valve closure element mounted in the coil former via a bearing. The multiple-part return-path arrangement comprises at least one return-path cover section, a return-path side section and a return-path inner section. The return-path inner section is arranged in the coil former.

Solenoid valve

An air control valve for internal combustion engines having a turbocharger, is placed inside a bypass channel between a pressure side and an intake side of a boost pressure pump of the turbocharger, and has a housing which incorporates an electromagnetic drive unit and a valve unit movable in the housing. The valve unit has a valve rod and a valve closing body attached thereto and a circular sealing element. An arrangement is provided to keep the moving valve unit in a closed position when no current is supplied to the valve unit. At least one pressure compensation opening is provided in the moving valve unit, and the valve closing body has a cylindrical lateral surface which is arranged in such a manner that a housing interior is sealed towards the pressure side or the intake side.

Ambient-air pulsed valve for internal combustion engines equipped with a turbocharger

A high-pressure valve comprises an intake channel and two outlet channels. Further, an actuator is provided for opening and closing the outlet channels. According to the invention, the actuator is provided with a connection channel. The connection channel makes it possible to reduce a pressure difference between the intake channel and the closed outlet channel prior to opening the outlet channel. For this purpose, a channel opening will be opened by displacement of a control element arranged in the connection channel.

High-pressure valve

A flap valve for fuel aggregates, such as fuel cells, comprises a flap arranged within a flow channel. A shaft for pivoting the flap is connected to the flap. Further, a seal disposed in a recess of the channel wall is provided, which comprises at least one pressure pocket connected with the flow channel.
