The invention relates to a mounting rail for the interior construction of a switch cabinet housing, said mounting rail comprising a mounting section that has a clamping section at its first end and a support section at its second end opposite the first end, characterized in that the clamping section has a knee lever with a fastening side, via which the knee lever is detachably screwed to the first end of the mounting section and with a clamping side that includes an angle with the fastening side.

Mounting rail for the interior construction of a switch cabinet housing

A device which is used to guide cables or wires through walls. The device includes a maintaining device which is connected to two or more cable maintaining elements that surround, in a frame-like manner, a mounting area which includes a through-opening, and the cable maintaining elements are arranged in the region of the through-openings. According to this invention, the mounting area has a matrix-form and includes at least two mounting lines and at least two mounting gaps which enable the mounting area to be equipped in a simple and easy manner. The mounting lines and the mounting gaps predefine, respectively, a constant modular dimension, and the cable maintaining elements are dimensioned with respect to the width and the longitudinal extension in the direction of the mounting line and direction of the mounting gap, so that the width and the length correspond to a multiple whole number of the modular dimension.

Device for guiding cables or wires

A switchgear cabinet with a rack and/or panel elements, wherein a mounting plate can be attached to an interior of the switchgear cabinet. A lower edge of the mounting plate has sliding elements, wherein one or several spacing elements are fastened on a rear panel element and/or on rear parts of the rack, by which the mounting plate is supported in the mounting position. The mounting plate can provide fastening receivers in the area of the lower edge and the upper edge which, in the installation position of the mounting plate, cooperate with fastening elements of the lower and upper contact elements and fix the mounting plate rigidly in place. With sliding elements supported on the bottom or the cover plate and fastening elements at the spacing elements and fastening receivers on the mounting plate, an installation without sliding rails is possible, wherein the switchgear cabinet can be installed facing the attachment area with the bottom plate or the cover plate.

Switchgear cabinet with a rack and/or panel elements

A device for blocking open a door of a housing, having a housing body on which the door is hinged. A clamping element can be inserted into an area between the housing body and the door. The clamping element is arranged on an inside of the door rotatable around an axis of rotation, which extends perpendicularly with respect to the door and is eccentrically seated on the clamping element. The clamping element can be rotated into a clamping position in which the clamping element projects past or beyond the door when the door is opened and can be brought into contact with the housing body.

A component kit for a switch cabinet, having a frame whose open sides can be clad with elements and at least one cabinet door. To be able to vary the installation space available in the switch cabinet, it is possible to fix different wall elements and/or cabinet doors to the faame, which have different depths extending perpendicular to the corresponding sides of the frame.

A device for fastening of attachment elements, such as mounting rails, mounting plates, deposit plates and the like on a frame leg of a switchgear cabinet rack, wherein the frame legs are designed symmetrically in relation to their cross-sectional diagonal line and are aligned with the latter with the diagonal line of the rack. On the inside of the frame legs oriented toward the interior of the rack, the frame legs form a fastening receiver with two fastening profile sides which are disposed vertically in respect to each other and extend parallel to the facing outsides of the switchgear cabinet rack. The frame legs form system fastening receivers in the form of square or rectangular openings and fastening bores and make transitions into additional profile sides having corresponding rows of fastening receivers, which extend perpendicular to the facing exteriors of the switchgear cabinet rack. The fastening elements, which have fastening faces with fastening receivers in three directions respectively extending at right angles to each other, can be connected to the frame legs. The positioning of the same is made easier by specially designed fastening blocks, and connecting possibilities in three directions are created.

Device for fastening attachment elements on a frame leg of a switchgear cabinet rack

A locking arrangement for a switchgear cabinet, having a lock and two locking bars, wherein the locking bars are displaced in opposite directions to each other when the lock is operated. A dependably operating locking arrangement can be produced if in end areas facing away from the lock, the locking bars are hingedly coupled to respective lever arms of a locking lever. The locking lever has a second lever arm which is coupled to the first lever arm in the area of a pivot hinge and has an inclined pad. The pivot axis of the pivot hinge is arranged at a distance with respect to a push direction of the associated locking bar.

Locking arrangement for a switchgear cabinet

A frame for a switch cabinet, having vertical profiled frame parts, a floor frame and a cover frame. The floor frame and the cover frame are configured as punched, bent parts made of a steel-sheet blank and have a horizontal floor facing the switch cabinet interior on which floor the vertical profiled frame parts are fixed. The floor has a reinforced edge which is bent away from the switch cabinet interior. To be able to assemble this type of frame simply and rapidly, four plug-in protuberances are fixed to the floor of the floor frame and the cover frame, which each have at least one threaded recess. The vertical profiled frame parts have plug-in recesses by which they are inserted onto the plug-in protuberances. The vertical profiled frame parts also have screw holes which are arranged such that they align with the threaded recesses of the plug-in protuberance and fixing screws are threaded into the screw holes and screwed into the threaded recesses.

Frame for a switch cabinet

In a row of adjacent switchgear cabinets with a frame, vertical frame pieces of adjacent switchgear cabinets are connected to each other and the top and bottom sides of the frame are closed by upper and lower metal sheets which have edges at least on the sides facing each other. The edges are staggered in relation to the outer sides of the adjacent frame pieces and form a type of groove with the end pieces of the edges and/or the profiled sides of the horizontal frame pieces facing each other. The grooves in an area of the top and bottom metal sheets of the adjacent switchgear cabinets are protected from water penetration because they are sealed respectively in the area of the top and/or bottom metal sheets of the switchgear cabinets by a covering strip running from the front face to the rear face of the switchgear cabinet flush with the top and bottom metal sheets.

A rack for a switching cabinet having vertical frame pieces. The vertical frame pieces have two protruding fastening elements, both of which contain a fastening section which is mounted parallel to the associated outer edges of the rack and a profiled side which is vertical to the associated outer edges of the rack. The fastening section and the profile edges have rows of fastening cavities spaced at equal distances from each other. This invention provides greater opportunity for mounting built-in fixtures on the rack frame when the distance between the profiled sides of one fastening attachment and the fastening sections of the other fastening attachment is the same as the distance between the fastening cavities or the space corresponds to a multiple of the dividing gap.

Rack with several assembly levels

A switching cabinet with a rack assembled from horizontal and vertical frame sections, in which a switching cabinet body enclosed by the rack is covered by a cabinet door and side walls, the cabinet door being hinged around one of the vertical frame sections and pivotal about the vertical pivot axis. To obtain improved access to the interior of the switching cabinet, at least one of the side walls is fixedly mounted on the rack or is hinged to pivot about a vertical axis.

Switching cabinet

A frame section for a switching cabinet rack having at least one inner wall which faces the inside area of the switching cabinet and is fitted with a row of regularly spaced fastening cavities. The fastening cavities do not reduce rigidity to any significant degree. At the same time fixtures can be mounted on the fastening cavities in a stable manner by designing the fastening cavities as slotted openings with clear openings larger in the longitudinal direction of the frame section than the width of the clear openings perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

A switching cabinet having a cabinet door pivotably fixed by hinges. The distance between the top side of the switching cabinet and the upper horizontal edge of the cabinet door is fitted with a covering element. The visual aspect of the switching cabinet is improved simply by ensuring that the covering element is secured to a holding device on the cabinet door.

An assembly unit with assembly cavities, which can be mounted on frame sections of a switching cabinet. One or more assembly elements can be installed on at least one part of the frame sections to support the assembly rail. The assembly rail can be easily secured to a frame section if the assembly rail has at least one profiled side with at least one insert cavity by which the assembly rail can be placed on the fastening element, and the fastening element can be moved in relation to the frame section in order to attach the assembly rail.

A switching cabinet having a rack with an upper and lower frame and vertical and horizontal struts which are disposed horizontally. The upper and lower frame have corner cavities, to which vertical frame profiles can be connected. The vertical frame profiles have profiled segments which are turned towards an inside of the rack. Access to the inside of the rack is improved when the vertical frame profiles may be mounted or dismounted afterwards which can be done with few components and involves little effort during mounting by including vertical profiles on at least one side of the rack, whose ends and profiled segments can be inserted into the corner cavity from the outer side of the rack, and by placing and fixing the profiled segments onto the connector of a corner cavity.
