A packaged antiperspirant product is provided. The packaged antiperspirant product includes an anhydrous antiperspirant composition having an antiperspirant active and a package having a container body with an interior chamber storing the anhydrous antiperspirant composition. A dome closes one end of the container body and has a plurality of apertures extending through the thickness of the dome. A movable elevator is disposed within the container body. The anhydrous antiperspirant composition is expellable through the plurality of apertures when the elevator is advanced toward the dome. The dome is formed at least in part from a thermally conductive material and wherein one of the dome or the thermally conductive material have a thermal conductivity greater than about 5 W/m&#xb7;K.

An improved package, suitable for holding a treatment fluid comprising a volatile solvent and kits comprising the package containing the treatment fluid and an applicator are disclosed. The package comprises a reservoir for the liquid which is sealed by a ruturable seal. A cap, coupled to one end of the reservoir, is in the form of a sleeve which is axially translatable along the reservoir from first to second positions. A cutting tool integrated with the cap ruptures the rupturable seal as the cap is moved from first to second positions so that the liquid can thereby be made accessible through an opening in an end wall of the cap. The package provides excellent protection for volatile liquids, yet can be easily opened by a simple press-action, instantly providing access to the liquid so that it can subsequently accessed by a liquid applicator.

A process for forming a grooming implement is provided. The steps include providing a blank having a head and a handle, wherein the head has one or more void spaces which divide said head into at least two segments, and injecting an elastomer into the void space at a temperature of at least about 245&deg; C. thereby fusing the elastomer to the segments and forming a resiliently flexible joint. The elastomer is the sole mechanical link between the segments such that the segments can flex relative to each other and the elastomer can be stretched to about 120% of its unstressed length without separation of the elastomer from the segments.
