In various embodiments, a lamp has a bulb with a pinch seal, which holds a light-emitting element by means of a wire clip. The wire clip consists of tungsten and has, at an end remote from films embedded in the pinch seal, an eyelet for holding the light-emitting element. An end of the wire clip which is close to a film is bent back. A film associated with the wire clip is folded in a roof-shaped manner. Overall, it is thus possible to realize a lamp with a long life.

Electric lamp and associated production method

An electric lamp having a longitudinal axis is provided. The electric lamp may include a base; and a built-in lamp, which has a pinch seal. Two power supply lines protrude out of the pinch seal. Two pins for connection to the power supply lines are provided on the base side. In each case one pin and one power supply line are connected by means of a mounting clip. A mounting clip is a punched sheet-metal part having a bottom which is configured so as to be substantially rectangular with a width B and a length L. Two spring arms are attached to the bottom, which spring arms surround the pinch seal of the built-in lamp. In each case one means for fastening a pin and one means for fastening a power supply line are provided on the mounting clip.

A lamp with a built-in lamp which is inserted into a base via a mounting clip and is surrounded by an enveloping bulb. The base and the enveloping bulb are joined via a joining compound or using a clamping technique. The mounting clip has securing elements, via which the enveloping bulb is held on the base once the joint has loosened.

The present invention relates to an electrical incandescent lamp (), in particular a halogen incandescent lamp, in which luminous element limbs () extend in lamp vessel structural parts (), the lamp vessel structural parts surrounding the luminous element limbs in sections at a distance, and the axes of the lamp vessel structural parts () extending at a distance from one another in order to increase the energy efficiency of the incandescent lamp, in particular if a layer () which reflects IR radiation is applied to the lamp vessel structural parts. When using the pinch-sealing technology, it is possible to achieve a small system voltage halogen lamp having a long life expectancy and at the same time requiring little energy for reaching the operating temperature.

The invention proposes a lamp (), in particular a halogen incandescent lamp for system voltage, having a luminous element (), which is retained by pinches () which are in the form of funnel-shaped turned-in sections in the end face () of the lamp vessel (), the pinches () being oriented essentially axially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the lamp ().

The subject matter of the disclosure is a PAR lamp arrangement having an integral lamp, in particular an integral halogen lamp, which is inserted into a base and is surrounded at least in sections by a reflector, the base and the integral lamp being connected via contact springs, and the reflector being covered by a diffusing screen. According to the invention, the reflector is made from aluminum and is provided with a reflective surface or coating. Owing to the aluminum reflector used and the fact that the integral lamp is held via contact springs, improved holding of the integral lamp is made possible with reduced weight and production complexity.
