An optoelectronic module having an optoelectronic device with a contact conductor and a connection carrier with a connection area. The contact conductor is electrically conductively and/or thermally conductively connected to the connection area. A local, delimited heating region is formed on the contact conductor or the connection carrier has a cutout, which is at least partly covered by the contact conductor. A method which enables simplified and reliable production of an optoelectronic module is also described.

The invention relates to a motor vehicle headlight lamp having a metal-plastic cap whose electric connections are constructed as contact lugs (,). According to the invention, the two contact lugs (,) in each case have a groove (,) in which in each case a supply lead wire (,) which is guided out of the lamp bulb is fixed to the corresponding contact lug (,) by a welded joint. Furthermore, the contact lugs (,) are equipped with means (,) for threading the supply lead wires (,) into the respective groove (,) and the lamp cap has at least one cut-out (,) which serves the purpose of carrying out the welding of the supply lead wires (,), arranged in the grooves (,), to the contact lugs (,).

Method for manufacturing an electric light bulb

The invention concerns an electrical incandescent lamp with a low-beam cap, articularly a two-filament halogen incandescent lamp and a production process for such a lamp, as well as a low-beam cap. Low-beam screening cap (12) has an opening (14), through which one end (6a) of low-beam filament (6) is threaded. This filament end (6a) is welded to the back side of low-beam screening cap (12) or to a current lead wire (8a), which is attached by a projection welding to the back side of low-beam screening cap (12). The fastening of low-beam filament (6) according to the invention makes possible materials savings in the case of a low-beam screening cap (12) and lower cost lamp manufacture.
