A mobile dialysis fluid generation system includes a cargo unit configured to be transported by a vehicle; a cleanroom located inside the cargo unit; water purification equipment; at least one dialysis fluid preparation unit located inside the cleanroom; and at least one area provided outside the cleanroom but inside the cargo unit for storing at least one of a raw material or containers filled with dialysis fluid. The at least one dialysis fluid preparation unit includes at least one concentrate, a mixing device configured to receive purified water from the water purification equipment and to mix the purified water with the at least one concentrate to form dialysis fluid, and a tubing set for transfer of the dialysis fluid from the mixing device to a container positioned and arranged to receive the dialysis fluid.

The various parameters may include a compulsory set of parameters that are preset, a dependent set of parameters that a dependent on one or more of a selected treatment and a system configuration, and a discretionary set of parameters that are selected by a user.

A medical device information technology ('IT') data transfer system in one embodiment includes a cluster domain, an external domain and an interface domain. Equipment belonging to the cluster domain may communicate in real time such that availability, safety, security, reliable integrity and performance are guaranteed. A flow of treatment fluid is created in the filtration unit; a change in the conductivity of the treatment fluid at the inlet of the filtration unit is imposed to cause an induced conductivity change in the fluid at the outlet of the filtration unit; a predetermined number of conductivity values Cdo downstream from the filtration unit are measured. The measured conductivity values define a curve the pattern of which is estimated by means of one interpolating mathematical function in an interval of time after the occurrence of the induced conductivity change; a characteristic measuring time tcalcis determined. The value of the interpolating mathematical function at the characteristic measuring time tcalcrepresents the conductivity value Cdo2 of the treatment fluid downstream from the filtration unit after the induced conductivity change.
