An electromagnetic valve for a hydraulic system for an automatic transmission of a vehicle. An armature chamber is filled with hydraulic medium and fluidically connected to hydraulic lines of the hydraulic system. An armature is mounted in the armature chamber such that its stroke is adjustable. The armature includes a shut-off body and divides the armature chamber into an opening-side chamber facing the flow opening and into an inner chamber facing away from the flow opening. During a stroke of the armature, an oil exchange occurs, and a displacement volume of the hydraulic medium overflows from the opening-side chamber into the inner chamber. A hydraulic line leading to the opening-side chamber or to the inner chamber of the armature chamber includes a dirt collecting element that is designed as a permanent magnet and that retains contaminations in the hydraulic medium that flows through the hydraulic line during an oil exchange.

Electromagnet for a hydraulic system

An electromagnet for a hydraulic system, such as an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle. The electromagnet may include an armature chamber filled with hydraulic medium, which may be fluidically connected to hydraulic lines of the hydraulic system, and may have an armature mounted therein. The armature may have an adjustable stroke and may include a shut-off body. The armature may divide the armature chamber into an opening-side chamber facing the flow opening, and an inner chamber facing away from it. During a stroke movement of the armature, an oil exchange may occur, during which a displacement volume of the hydraulic medium overflows from the opening-side chamber into the inner chamber. The electromagnet may further include a hydraulic medium reservoir, which may store a hydraulic medium having a higher degree of purity than the hydraulic medium in the hydraulic lines and which may be fluidically connected to the opening-side chamber.

An actuation device and a method for actuating a clutch, in particular for a hybrid drive, include a master cylinder having an interior separated by a master piston into master and slave oil chambers. The slave oil chamber is connected, via a valve in a first valve position, to a tank line leading to an oil reservoir and in a second valve position, to a pressure line of the oil reservoir. The master oil chamber is connected via a working line to an oil chamber of a slave cylinder and to a compensating tank via a compensating line as a function of the position of the master piston. The compensating tank has a compensating volume which has, at its highest point, an overflow which is connected to the tank line and in its first position the valve connects the slave oil chamber to the compensating tank via a return line.

Actuation device for a clutch

A control device for at least one consumer of a motor vehicle, having an engine and at least one pump for supplying a medium via at least one pressure line to the at least one consumer, is configured to supply the medium to the at least one consumer before the engine is started. The pump can be driven by an electric motor or by the engine of the motor vehicle or alternatingly by the electric motor and the engine.

A storage device for a liquid medium has a housing having an interior provided with at least one partitioning element dividing the interior into a first chamber for receiving the liquid medium and into a second chamber filled at least partially with a gas under pressure. The gas keeps the liquid medium in the first chamber under pressure. The at least one partitioning element is formed at least partially of an expandable bellows fastened pressure-tightly to a lid of the housing.

A control device for semiautomatic gearshifting mechanisms of motor vehicles has a selector shaft of a gearshifting mechanism and at least one rotatable shifting element acting on the selector shaft so as to rotate and axially move the selector shaft for selecting a gutter and shifting a gear. A switching valve actuates the at least one shifting element for rotating the selector shaft and for axially moving the selector shaft. The shifting element is a shift drum with at least one control curve. The control curve is a groove in the mantle of the shifting element. The control device provides a simplified hydraulic control of the switching valves and has a simplified configuration.

Control device for a semiautomatic gearshift mechanism of vehicles, preferably motor vehicles

A gear actuator for engaging and disengaging gears in an automatic manual transmission has a single working piston or two working pistons provided with a first working piston surface and a second working piston surface. An auxiliary piston is provided also. A pressure control valve controls a pressure supplied to the second working piston surface. A shut-off valve is provided. The first working piston surface and the pressure valve are supplied with a system pressure of a hydraulic system. The first working piston surface and the pressure control valve can be decoupled from the system pressure of the hydraulic system by the shut-off valve.

Gear actuator for engaging and/or disengaging gears of a transmission

An electronic-hydraulic control device for gearboxes of vehicles, preferably motor vehicles, includes a housing in which an electronic unit for controlling magnetic valves is accommodated. The valves are supplied with a pressure medium. The housing has a magnetic housing part in which magnetic parts of the magnetic valves and the electronic unit of the control device are accommodated and which lies outside the gearbox, and a hydraulic housing part in which hydraulic parts of the magnetic valves are located and which is positioned at least partially inside the gearbox housing.

Electronic-hydraulic control device for transmission of vehicles, preferably of motor vehicles

An actuator for gutter selection in a gear positioning device for an automatic manual transmission has a selector shaft with a selector finger. A gutter selection device is movable back and forth along an axis into a first position and a second position. The selector finger of the selector shaft can move into engagement and out of engagement with the gutter selection device. A single valve device is provided for determining the first and second positions of the gutter selection device.

Control device for semiautomatic gearshift mechanisms of vehicles, in particular, motor vehicles

A hydraulic system for actuating at least two operating systems of a motor vehicle has a first hydraulic medium reservoir for storing a hydraulic medium. A distribution valve is connected to the first hydraulic medium reservoir and to the operating systems of the motor vehicle. A control unit is connected to the distribution valve which is configured to distribute the hydraulic medium from the first hydraulic medium reservoir to the operating systems of the motor vehicle and to control flow of the hydraulic medium to the operating systems of the motor vehicle such that one of the operating systems has priority with regard to supply of the hydraulic medium. A first one of the operating systems is a brake device having a brake power assist unit, a brake valve, and a master brake cylinder. The brake power assist unit is connected via the brake valve to the control unit.

Hydraulic system for actuating at least two operating systems of a motor vehicle

An actuating device for a differential lock has a piston housing having a pressure chamber. An actuator piston is arranged in the pressure chamber of the piston housing. A hydraulic medium tank is provided. A pump conveys a hydraulic medium from the tank to one end of the actuator piston, wherein the actuator piston can move in the pressure chamber and acts on the lock when loaded by the hydraulic medium. A hydraulic system for a vehicle including a distributor, or switch, valve for actuating at least two operational areas and supplying the two areas with sufficient amounts of hydraulic medium is provided. The distributor, or switch, valve preferably comprises a flow regulator valve and a solenoid valve, which function so that the supply of hydraulic medium to the steering system always has priority, ensuring that the vehicle is steerable in any situation. When the steering system is operational, the supply of hydraulic medium to other operational areas, such as the clutch and transmission systems, is completely blocked by operation of the switch valve. If, however, the clutch and transmission systems should require hydraulic medium during operation of the steering system, the switch valve allows a small portion of hydraulic medium to be supplied to the clutch and transmission as well.
