A system for container processing for setting up in a shop or at a station. The system may have a receiving region, a cleaning device, a filling device, a removal region and a handling device. The system can advantageously be set up or installed directly in a shop, at a station or in the public space in a town square (e.g. marketplace). The system makes it possible for beverages and other products to be able to be decanted locally. The containers here can be cleaned beforehand in order to ensure hygienic filling.

Local system for container treatment

The invention relates to a container processing system (A-U) for processing containers (). The container processing system (A-U) has a plurality of processing units () for processing the containers () and a planar drive system () for transporting the containers (). The planar drive system () is configured to move the plurality of movement devices () individually to a selection of the plurality of processing units () according to in each case one of a plurality of processing profiles for different container processing, wherein each of the plurality of processing profiles has a different selection of the plurality of processing units (). The container processing system (A-U) advantageously allows flexible processing of different containers (different formats, contents, designs, bundles, packages, etc.) from a lot size of 1.

An apparatus for conveying containers with a guiding element which contacts the container in at least one area of the peripheral wall thereof and guides the container on a pre-set path, with a driving device which drives the guiding element in order to convey the container, and with a base support element which supports the container at least in part during the conveying in a base region of the container. According to the invention the base support element is vertically displaceable.

Apparatus and method of conveying containers with base guidance

A device for filling containers with liquid may include a first transport, which transports a plurality of containers through a filling chamber. The filling chamber may include a sterile space. A plurality of treatment members may be arranged in the filling chamber for treating the containers, with at least one of these treatment members being a filling member which fills the containers with the liquid. The first transport may be designed in such a way that it transports the containers through the filling chamber in a cyclic manner.

An apparatus for treating containers may include a treatment chamber in which the containers are treated, and a conveyor unit which transports the containers within the treatment chamber. The internal application device at least in portions is arranged to be introduced through an opening into the container in order to apply the emitted charge carriers to an inner wall of the container. The containers are transported along a transport path during their sterilization, wherein along a segment of the transport path of the containers between the first external application device and the internal application device is arranged a pitch change device to change a distance between two containers succeeding each other along the transport path.

A method for blow molding and filling sterile containers of preforms in a container treatment device containing a blow module, in which the preforms are transferred from a heating device to the blow module via transport devices, and the containers are transported to a filling machine and filled, where a sterilization treatment is performed each at the preforms and the containers, a main sterilization treatment is performed at the preforms between the heating device and the blow module, and only a subsequent sterilization treatment is performed at the containers on the transport path to the filling machine. Method and device for stretch blow molding or blow molding and filling sterile containers

A device for sterilizing containers includes a first treatment space, which is filled with a sterilizing gaseous medium under predetermined thermodynamic conditions, a tank, which is filled with a liquid medium and extends along a closed path, and a multiplicity of holding devices for holding the containers. The holding devices are arranged rotatably with respect to the treatment space, and a dividing wall, which protrudes into the liquid medium located in the tank is arranged rotatably with respect to the tank. A transport system for container processing machines, particularly for bottle fillers, with inlet and outlet stars, which can be driven and are arranged on columnar support housings, and define a star configuration, in which the inlet and outlet stars define container transport paths which are linked with the machine. Each support housing presents at least one, preferably lateral, connection interface, to which a joining end of a connection strut is attached, in a removable manner. The other joining end of the connection strut is connected, in a detachable manner, to a connection interface of an additional support housing or of a machine substructure. In each case, in such manner, the star configuration can be changed as desired in a modular manner.
