An implant syringe includes a cannula, a storage element for receiving a solid material implant, and an outer sleeve with a radially projecting front gripping section which are axially movable together. An inner sleeve affords axial slits through which radial webs on the outer sleeve engage, and also includes a rod-shaped piston. The rod-shaped piston may be advanced through the storage element into the cannula such that a gap remains between the tip of the cannula and the head end of the piston. The cannula is rigidly connected to the storage element to form a cannula unit, that the webs on the outer sleeve are attached to an annular receiving member within the inner sleeve and that the cannula unit is insertable into the receiving member and is lockable therein, where a solid material implant can be inserted into the storage element.

Implant syringe

A cartridge system for delivering an aqueous solution made with a mixture of an active material and a liquid medium, where the cartridge system includes a bottle-shaped container and a pump fastened to a neck of the container, where the container is filled with the liquid medium. The container includes a cartridge and an intake tube of the pump sealingly inserted in an upper side of the cartridge, where the active material is supplied to the cartridge through the intake tube. The cartridge is sealed from an exterior by a piston or a stopper, where the piston or stopper is movably arranged in a wall of the cartridge and configured to enter into an interior of the cartridge under reduced pressure produced by the pump and opens to the exterior of the cartridge so that the active material is mixable with the liquid medium.

Cartridge system for delivering an aqueous solution

The method for manufacturing a container having a substantially stiff outer container and a readily deformable inner bag of thermoplastic plastic materials which do not form a weld connection with one another, with a container opening and holes in the outer container, wherein the method includes forming holes in the wall of the outer container at diametrically opposed positions, which lie on the intersection line of a plane defined by the base seam and the longitudinal axis of the container with the container wall and that a pin-shaped tool forces the inner bag through the holes by a predetermined distance from the wall of the outer container and thereby detaches it from the wall, whereafter a pressure medium is introduced through the holes into the gap between the inner bag and the outer container, which detaches the inner bag from the wall of the outer container.

Method of manufacturing a container

The stopper for a container having a container opening, in which opening the stopper, having an olive that is molded onto a head segment of the stopper, engages in a force fit, wherein a slide element is arranged in the head segment in a recess leading through the center of the head segment and is guided in lateral grooves such that said slide element may be advanced beyond the lateral edge of the head segment as a grip for removing the stopper from the container, is characterized in that a tension band is attached on the top of the head segment and connects the two longitudinal sides of the recess and covers the slide element with little clearance.

The container system having a container and a screw-on cap that may that may be screwed onto the container and having an olive that is molded onto the screw-on cap and that is positioned against an annular edge area of the container opening is characterized in that the olive is molded onto the screw-on cap such that it fits against the exterior annular edge area of the container in a sealing manner, and in that the outer annular edge area has a continuously smooth surfaces.

Container closure system

The container closure system, having a container for capsules, drag&#xe9;es, tablets, and the like, and a screw-on cap that can be screwed onto the container, is characterized in that a dispensing aid has a blocking element having a suspension device, and in that the suspension device is attached to the inner wall of the container and has holes for capsules, drag&#xe9;es, tablets, and the like, wherein the hole is smaller than the container opening.

A container comprises a substantially rigid outer container and a readily deformable inner bag, wherein the outer container and the inner bag consist of different thermoplastic plastic materials such that the outer container and the inner bag do not undergo a weld connection with one another, with a container opening and at least one pressure balancing opening in the wall of the outer container for balancing the pressure in the gap between the outer container and the inner bag when the inner bag contracts, wherein integrated into the layer of the inner bag, which is directed towards the outer container, and/or into the layer of the outer container, which is directed towards the inner bag, are microbodies, of a material which does not melt during the manufacture of the container, which produce irregularities on the surface of the layer(s) in which microbodies are imbedded.

The container produced in a coextrusion-type blow molding process, which consists of a substantially rigid outer container and an easily deformable inner bag, with the inner bag being closed by a bottom weld seam when excess material is squeezed off at the bottom of a blow mold, and said bottom weld seam being clamped in a likewise closed bottom weld seam of the outer container, at least one pressure compensating opening being formed on both sides of the bottom weld seam, and all pressure compensating openings being formed at points of the outer container that are offset in the circumferential direction from the intersection lines of a plane extending through the bottom weld seam and through the longitudinal center axis of the container with the circumferential wall of the outer container and of the inner bag so that the inner bag contracts only from two sides when the container contents is dispensed, is characterized in that the wall thickness of the inner bag is greater in the area of the intersection lines than in the interposed circumferential portions.

Container having an inner bag

The packaging comprising an essentially dimensionally stable, elastically deformable external container, an easily deformable inner bag arranged therein, which receives the filling material, and a valve is characterized in that the valve comprises a base body which extends over the opening of the external container and comprises at least one through opening for the filling material and a valve holder which has fastened therein a valve body which comprises an elastically deformable partition wall tightly sealing the valve holder, and a valve pin pointing away from the external container, said partition wall together with the valve holder delimiting an air chamber under the valve pin, and comprising a cap which is fastened to the neck of the external container and covers the base body and the valve body and which delimits a receiving chamber for the filling material between the cap and the base body and comprises an outlet opening for the filling material which in the unpressurized state of the packaging is closed by the valve pin which under preload of the elastically deformable partition wall abuts on the area of the cap containing the outlet opening, the valve pin being retracted from the cap upon application of pressure to the external container by the pressurized filling material contained in the receiving chamber so that the filling material can exit, and that the cap comprises an air chamber which is separated from the receiving chamber for the filling material and sealed with respect to the receiving chamber and the external container and which is connected by means of at least one hole through the wall of the external container to the intermediate chamber between the external container and the inner bag and to the exterior atmosphere by means of at least one venting valve.

Packaging

The packaging comprising an essentially dimensionally stable, elastically deformable external container, an easily deformable inner bag arranged therein, which receives the filling material, and a valve, is characterized in that the valve comprises a base body which extends over the opening of the external container and comprises at least one through opening for the filling material and a pin oriented away from the external container, and a cap which is fastened to the neck of the external container and covers the base body and the upper end wall of which is formed by a membrane which delimits a receiving chamber for the filling material between the cap and the base body and comprises an outlet opening for the filling material which in the unpressurized state of the packaging is closed by the pin in that the membrane with the area containing the outlet opening rests under preload on the pin, the membrane being lifted from the pin upon exertion of pressure on the external container by the pressurized filling material contained in the receiving chamber, so that filling material can exit, and that the cap comprises an air chamber which is separated from the receiving chamber for the filling material and sealed relative to the receiving chamber and the external container and which is connected via at least one hole through the wall of the external container to the intermediate chamber between the external container and the inner bag and via at least one venting valve to the exterior atmosphere.

The single-use applicator used for discharging a filling substance and comprising a substance receiving chamber provided with an outlet is characterized in that the receiving chamber comprises an outwardly curved wall and an opposite wall which is provided with a surrounding web which engages into the cavity of the curved wall on the edge thereof, and that the curved wall is shaped such that it can be smoothly pressed onto the web and the interposed area of the opposite wall.

Single-use applicator

The one-way valve for discharging a liquid out of a container, comprising an outer cap which is fastened to the container neck and comprises an exit channel for the liquid is characterized in that a valve body of elastic material is arranged between the container and the outer cap, that the valve body extends over the opening of the container neck and comprises a projection which projects into the exit channel of the outer cap and is arranged therein to be movable back and forth, that a space remains between the inner wall of the exit channel and the outer circumference of the projection, and that at least one cut severs the wall of the valve body, through which cut liquid passes into the space of the exit channel upon exertion of pressure on the container.

One-way valve

A stopper which engages a neck of a container. The stopper includes a circular bottom section and a head section which rises above the container and encompasses a slide. The rim of the head section has a maximum diameter that does not exceed the external diameter of the opening of the container. The slide can be pushed against the force of a spring device in one direction and, when released, returns to its retracted initial position as a result of the spring force. Opposing sides of the slide each end in circumferential sections. A first one of the circumferential sections forming an outer surface for receiving a first applied force for advancing the slide and causing the second one of the circumferential sections to protrude from the stopper. The second one of the circumferential sections receiving a second different applied force to remove the stopper from the container.

A one-way valve for the recontamination-protected repeated discharge of a flowable material from a container of a preferably reducible volume contains a valve seat which consists of a rigid plastic material and which is arranged in the container neck and comprises a base body which rests on the inner wall of the container neck and contains at least one through hole, and a projection which extends in axial direction of the container neck towards the exit opening. The valve seat has arranged thereabove an elastic seal which comprises an annular section covering the at least one through hole, and a sleeve-like section which surrounds the projection at a radial distance with the exception of its end section which in the closed state of the one-way valve rests in the exit opening on the end section of the projection. A sterilization element of silver or of another metal having an oligodynamic action may be arranged in the intermediate space between the projection of the valve seat and the elastic seal. The application of pressure to the contents of the container has the effect that the annular section of the seal releases the at least one through hole of the valve seat, the end section of the sleeve-like part of the seal exiting from the exit opening and releasing the same. The seal will then return into the initial state. The contents of the container is safely sealed against the ingress of contaminants.
