The present invention relates to a method of producing a concrete component (), to a prefabricated structural element (), which serves as a semi-finished product for the production of the concrete component () made in this way, and to a corresponding concrete component (). The method claimed involves the following steps:

A concrete component includes a fiber reinforcement structure (), formed by a grid arrangement (). At least some of the rods extending in the X or Y direction are preferably designed as double rods having a joined cross-section or having sub-cross-sections separated from each other by a gap (). Such double rods can be arranged in a grid structure both at right angles to each other and at other angles to provide a triangular structure, a hexagonal structure, or the like as a grid. Fiber reinforcement structures () made of a plastic-impregnated fiber material, such as epoxy-resin-bonded glass fibers having long fibers (endless fibers), in the particular rod longitudinal direction and without bonding among each other (ravings) can construct an adequately load-bearing composite with the concrete body (II). The steel rods can act as reinforcement, wherein harmful effects on the concrete, in particular wedge and gap effects, do not occur.

Textile-reinforced concrete component

A prefabricated concrete element () having a textile reinforcement () comprising fastening elements (), which are connected directly to the reinforcement (). The fastening elements (to) can have a bent form and pass through a flat side of the prefabricated concrete element (). The fastening elements can also have a straight or elongated form and emerge on narrow sides of a plate-shaped prefabricated concrete element (I). Because of the direct connection between the fastening element (to) and the reinforcement (), the prefabricated concrete element can have an especially extensive and thin form and thus can be used as a fa&#xe7;ade panel.

A structural element () for use as a ceiling element or wall element. The structural element () has a facing shell () and a relatively thicker supporting shell (). The facing shell () has a first concrete layer () with a textile reinforcement () arranged therein. The supporting shell () has a second concrete layer () and a supporting shell reinforcement () in the form of a box-grid structure from interconnected structural steel elements (). The facing shell () is connected to the supporting shell () by a plurality of metal-free connecting bodies () in the form of a three-dimensional a textile grid structure (). The textile grid structure can be produced as a woven fabric, a plait, a nonwoven fabric or a knit from carbon fibers and/or glass fiber threads that have a coating to produce the three-dimensional structure. Each connecting body () extends in at least two spatial planes.
